Wrong order! I paid extra for guacamole. I can’t have dairy and was given cheese and sour cream. Had to throw away. I’m in town for business, no car, walked there, didn’t realize I got back to my hotel, cannot return and am now dinnerless.

Worst chipotle’s I’ve ever been to. Ordered 2 “salads” and chips with queso ahead. Food was not ready when we arrived on time. Not too big of a deal but we had movie tickets. When we got the food though it was very disappointing. The chips were either very stale or very undercooked, to the point of being chewy. Then the “salads”. I use quotes because the amount of lettuce that was in the bowls is more of what I would consider garnish than a salad base. The bowls were not even close to full. Mine was also filled with liquid. Maybe from the sofrito‘s?

Awful customer service. The entire line both doesn’t want to work there and makes comments under their breath. Dinner is served with ingredients that sat out the entire day. Clumpy old rice and chicken with bones in it. Will never dine here again. Disgusting what this franchise has turned into.

Managers and employees on phones while there’s a line. IMO even if it’s not your job learn to step up when there’s customers waiting. Snarky comments under your breath can still be heard.

Placed order for pick up at 9pm. Took first bite at 9:06pm. Food was cold and not just cold like it was cooked to early. It was cold like they took ingredients out of the fridge and put in burrito. Likely the corn salsa because it was the coldest part.
