The girl decided to give me the middle finger and I’m pretty sure you can find it on cameras. It happened about five minutes from the time of this comment, the guy is so inadequate. He messed up my order and he kept making the bowl however he wanted not whatever I asked. I say I want something on the side. He would throw it in the bowl
. I say I want extra of something and he would straight up move to the next item so unnecessarily rude. It’s busy there’s a lot of customers and all they wanna do is be disrespectful and rude. I have never experienced such customer service the worst of my life add to that the fact that an employee would straight up, throw a middle finger at a customer it’s just crazy. God knows what their policy is, but this is so unacceptable and this is the worst customer service I’ve ever had in my life. I do not recommend at all.

I love the food, but the portions are unacceptable for the price. I’ve consistently received unacceptable portions at this location. I go out of my way to not preorder to avoid being shorted portions. You may have good food, but your portions make it a complete ripoff. Tell me Im crazy when you see my video.

Had to leave a positive review because people are very quick to leave a negative one, but slow to do it when they get it right! I appreciate the attention to order details today. I paid for lunch through the app for pickup, and asked for extra everything and got chicken and steak. My meal was ready when I arrived. Also, when I picked my bowl up it was filled to the brim. Fresh, tasty, and plentiful! I didn’t think to get a pic before I dug in, but I’ll take one of the 3/4 of what’s left when I get home! I’ll for sure be back to this location.

ROCK BOTTOM STANDARDS: Last night, I go in there at 7:35 pm on a Saturday night. There are a total of 2 employees behind the main back line. One is making the burritos and the other working the cash register. The one working the cash register starts HELPING making burritos when not ringing customers up which in my opinion is UNSANITARY.

Making this even worse; while this is going on, on a Sat night before 7:45 pm with limited help, an employee is sitting in the dining area eating a burrito bowl as slow as he possibly could scanning his phone. Just not a good look when customers are waiting when service is slow this early in the evening. It’s what the customer sees, if the employee needed to eat that early in a dinner shift, then he should have ate in the back so customers don’t see it.

It’s frustrating going in there, have a couple of people in front of you and everything pre-prepared and it seems like it takes forever to get in and out of there. By the time I left, there were about 8 people in line.

I complained and the employee says to me “Hope your night gets better”. Chipotle has NO CUSTOMER STANDARDS. This is not the first time I’ve experienced UNSANITARY experiences here at this location about 4 months ago my burritos tasted like the counter rag they wipe the counters with. I should just stop going to Chipotle, I’ve been a Chipotle customer since the year 2001.

It gets worse and worse at Chipotle especially with this location. This is a trend that has started in the last 5 years.

This Chipotle is the worst Chipotle ever. Poor restaurant staff don’t care about you or cleanliness. Lady making my bowl today turned around while making my bowl, wiped her nose on her gloves, and then continued to make the bowl with the same gloves. Their lines are always long, and food serving station always very disgusting and messy. I am an avid Chipotle customer, but I hate to say it, I will never be returning to this Chipotle again. They are different every single week, as I come here every week. Every single time I come here it is a bad experience. Tables are never clean and portions are different every day. If you’re thinking about going to Chipotle make a different choice and DONT GO TO THIS CHIPOTLE.

What is going on with the quality? Chicken is not charred and looks SEASONED. I asked for medium salsa but I got pico de gallo. My husband reluctantly took the order because they were busy. This pic is seasoned chicken. Why? Glad to see that brown rice is fully cooked these days because it was not the case for months.

Ordered a carnitas bowl at the willowbrook location.. the meat was rock hard and burnt. I tried calling the restaurant and a bot answered and there was no way to speak to a manager. Very bad experience! Will probably not eat there again.

It is wild to me the frequency in which the mobile orders are wrong at this store. Since about 2020, nearly every order I’ve picked up from here is not just a little off, it’s straight up a different order. It’s gotten to the point where I usually just check the bag in the restaurant because it’s wrong so frequently.

I had a long day and opted to swing by this Chipotle on my way home, and I made the mistake of not checking the bag. Big mistake – huge. I ordered two burritos. I got a burrito and a bowl, neither of which had the correct ingredients. The quality has also taken a dive.

The support in the app is also worthless now. They tell you to talk to the restaurant, but when you call, they don’t pick up. Go out of your way and pick up from the Ogden store.

Edit: I returned to the store and while I was in line having my order remade (I actually went through the line to make sure it was made correctly), I overheard another customer with a mobile order that was wrong. I hadn’t made it to the register yet, but the cashier commented to the other customer that someone else had just come in with an incorrect order. So it’s clear, there were (at least) three incorrect orders while I was there. Again, save your sanity and visit a different store.
