Scraps for a meal. I’ve been going to this location for years and I am absolutely disgusted with the portion sizes. They give you half of what they normally do, maybe even less than that. Asked for double cheese and rice and this has to be the lightest portion I’ve ever had. Barely any cheese and probably a normal spoon of rice, maybe a little less. Corporate greed at its finest. Won’t be surprised if this location closes. Don’t bother coming here, you’ll be hungry and mad.

This is the second time we’ve ordered from this Chipotle after moving and switching from our regular Arlington Heights location, and unfortunately the experience has been consistently disappointing. Our food was badly packaged, leaking all over the bag, and the burrito was literally falling apart. On top of that, the portions in the burrito bowls were unacceptable — barely half of what we normally receive at our previous location. For the price and for a brand like Chipotle, this level of inconsistency is not OK. This needs to be addressed ASAP.

I was really looking forward to my Chipotle quesadilla, but this order was a complete letdown. As soon as I got home and opened my mobile order, I was shocked to see how badly burnt the top of the quesadilla was. The black, charred patches were not only unappetizing—they were impossible to miss. There’s no way whoever packaged this didn’t see the burnt surface.
It’s incredibly frustrating to pay full price for something that should never have left the kitchen in this condition. I expect better quality control, especially from a place that normally does well with freshness and presentation.
This ruined the meal, and honestly, it’s made me think twice about ordering again. Disappointing.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Chipotle. This place needs better training, the kid who made my bowel had no idea what he was doing. He had to stop making my bowel to give some one a extra tortilla but he didn’t know how to fold it. After he had his co worker fold the tortillas he goes back to my me but he has the wrong bowel and I told him that one wasn’t mine it was the one next to it then he got mad. I had to ask him 3 times for more rice, I got literally 6 pieces of chicken. I never felt so ripped off and Chipotle is my favorite place

Came in after a long day at work, we run anywhere from 2-4 miles in the sand a day, was super sore and tired. An employee name Richard gave me really good portions and a fist bump and told me to take it easy. Really made my day all the more better in the end, good employee. Places need more people like him.

I got 3 entrees and 2 bags of chips. Total was $70!
One bowl—I didn’t get my free guac and was missing fajitas.
I paid for double chicken on 2 other bowls and that definitely wasn’t added.
The pepper app didn’t allow me to input everything that was missing either. Is there no quality checks??!? This location is absolute trash

I ordered a bowl and the rice was hard I could barely eat any of the bowl because it just felt like something was hard. The chicken was also uncooked or soft and chewy many times I had to spit out my food because of the texture and how uncooked the chicken was. I was also trying to be nice because I could tell the workers were stressed however one in particular was very rude , I was being polite and smiling but in return I got a blank face and attitude. Also , when I asked for something on the side I instead got it in my bowl , I understand mistakes but I thought I clearly said it.

1. I saw an employee kicking the empty serving containers around onto he floor with his shoe. Not only was this extremely loud, it reflects the hygiene levels at this place!
2. For kiddie bowls, the serving was half sized.
