Unfortunately, my past few orders have not been what it normally is. The portion sizes are getting smaller with each order. Then today, I thought I finally got a proper serving of food but when I got eating I realized the plate was half filled with rice and there were hardly any toppings. The toppings were spread out to seem as if it’s a proper plate. Then to top it off I bit into something hard and when I looked in my plate there were pieces of the cook top grill in my food. I put in a pick order for today 9/17/25 at 6:20pm. First the order wasn’t ready, the portion was off on both bowls, hardly any lettuce, and no guacamole when it was paid for both bowls, here is my order (#P38-RA3) I tried calling the restaurant, but the automated system tells you to go on the need help in your email. The problem is that all they do is take the complaint and that’s all, when you try to do the chat with “pepper” it doesn’t even work! I don’t even want a replacement meal, just my refund for my guacamole. I don’t recommend this store, not sure about others, but this is not the first time it happened here. I literally counted 5 pieces of chicken lol. Not worth it!

This is the one!!!!!! This Chipotle reminds me of when they originally came out! Friendly service, fresh food, real servings, not like some of the other locations that serve you rations and still charge you the full amount, i.e., a spoon of rice and teaspoon of protein in a bowl that you can still see the entire bottom of….. and will give you the look of attitude if you ask for more! Please continue being a 5-star location!!! Don’t do a bait and switch, please, and thank you!

The Best Chipotle around!!! I’m making my business to drive out of my way to go to this chipotle. The customer service has always been great, The portion sizes are good, And today I ordered a family meal and everything was fresh and in order. This place is awful! Everytime I come here if it’s not one thing it’s something else. Go to place an order 1 they are out of the New Chipotle honey chicken which is the top product on the menu in you’re out ridiculous!!! 2. They do not have shredded cheese they are out of stock. Whoever is running this place needs to be replaced immediately. This store is awful the cleanliness sad and I suppose we are to put the napkins in the dispenser are selfs, the drink station just ridiculous!! Garbage cans over flowing.

thinnest burrito I’ve ever seen in my life and mind you it has guacamole! It literally has 3 strips of meat and the rest taste like guac & lettuce, It’s so nasty!! Every bite is soggy and everything is green I had to literally spit it out!! I’m never going back again in my life….. let me explain better, I do ask for half of a spoon of beans and rice but the rest??? And Indeed I asked for a lil extra meat but the girl put a ton of it, so I told her to just take it off but took off more than what she had put. So yea I got left with half of spoons of everything and extra lettuce and guac… it wasn’t it tbh, it might’ve been on me for asking for a burrito how I like it but there’s where we at rn…

I’m so disappointed in this location and to have to make this bad review. Where do I start?. I work across the street and had been getting food from here for lunch for about 6 months now. I was thinking of lunch options today and almost ordered it but looked at my last order and remembered the 1 star rating I gave. I’ve added the pictures of the last few bowls for reference… If the employees aren’t going to honor the options given on the app for ordering, what is the point of being able to customize the order? EVERY TIME I order, it’s the same order(as seen below).. extra everything (including paid double steak) and every time, they drop the ball. The lettuce you see pictured is all I was given. Doesn’t look like extra to me, what about you? Neither the cheese.. the list goes on. And don’t get me started on the meat portions that YOU PAY AN INCREASE IN PRICE ON AND AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR THE EXTRA. They only consistently give extra rice, salsa, and sour cream. It’s frustrating because you pay all that money to get skimped! Make it right! Treat the orders like you’d like yours to be treated. The order details are on the ticket, same as the sticker they label the container with. Yet, I feel like they do what they want each time. Pickup is supposed to be a quick option and same service, it’s not that at all. The inside pickup is also disorganized. Unless you as the patronizing customer speaks up, the employees will ignore you. Nobody greets you. Nobody offers to help. I stand at the counter which is at the end of the checkout lane and right next to seating, so it’s kind of in the way. In order to get consistent good food and proper portions, you have to go inside. I also don’t like being inside because this location is always terribly busy and not the cleanest. The tables are always messy. The floors are messy. Drink stations are always messy and limited in supply.. I have to go to the counter and inform them there’s no cups, lids, tabasco, etc.. and they give you a look before getting you what you need.. makes you not want to ask! I only came to review on Google in hopes I’d actually get some resolve because I’ve left several negative ratings after order pickup to no avail because I’ve never been contacted by anyone or compensated. Everything is high these days, not to mention chipotle announcing their decision to raise prices, so it’s really frustrating to choose to spend your hard earned dollars for nothing.

Disappointing Experience: Inconsistent Portions at Chipotle Grill

I recently, 30 minutes ago, visited Chipotle Grill and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The supervisor overseeing the food preparation, the portions were incredibly inconsistent. Attached are photos showing the minuscule amount of food I received, despite their supposed quality control.

For a hefty $32, I expected a decent meal, but instead, I received a mere 7-10 small pieces of meat accompanied by very little rice and other fillings. This is unacceptable considering the price point and the reputation of the establishment.

As a paying customer, I expect value for my money. However, Chipotle Grill failed to deliver on this basic expectation. This will undoubtedly be my last visit to this establishment. My hard-earned money should not be given away in exchange for such paltry portions.
