Okay so I wish I saw reviews first but I heavily do not recommend the orange chicken meal. Chicken was grey and the sauce used had a strange rancid/sweet smell. My fried rice came out like much of the other reviews and the kicker was:

I was told that I had to add crab Rangoon since it came with the meal so I said sure and… i was charged for it. It cost just as much as the orange chicken lol

There’s other carts here, skip this

Skip this place. I ordered the orange chicken and only the orange chicken. The older woman working asked me separately during our transaction to add fried rice , pot stickers, a drinks and then fried rice again to my order. Each time I told her NO. Before I paid, she tried to charged me $16.50 instead of $16 dollars as displayed on the menu board. Luckily, I caught it before I paid. It felt super pushy and dishonest! The orange chicken reminded me of low quality school cafeteria food without much flavor. Super disappointed with the whole experience and am not going back.

For a stall run by a old chinese couple, I would expect the food quality to be better than what it was.
The mapo tofu – which is what i got was pretty mid with a very one-dimensional spicy flavor and cooked tofu with the frozen green bean, carrot, pea mix that you get from grocery stores. Honestly wasnt that bad since it paired well with the rice though slightly dissappointing. Below what I would say is the typical chinese restaraunt experience.

It wasnt as dissapponting as some of the reviews are saying so i guess quality of the food varies a lot.

Tiniest portions I’ve ever received at a Chinese restaurant and the food was also bad on top of it. The bbq pork buns where grey inside and mushy and the fried rice was just rice with no veggies or anything else in it. Serving sizes where appropriate for a toddler not an adult.

Staff do not speak English, which made ordering purposely hard.
• Instead of explaining items, they just pointed at the menu with pens very rude
• Server slammed the drink down on the table without courtesy.
• Fried rice is listed at $16, but when I chose pot stickers as a side AS THEY SAID CHOOSE YOUR SIDE, they didn’t explain it was an extra charge. The bill came out to $28.

They are scammer. I wanted friend rice and they asked what I want like pop sticker or anything else I thought it comes with it. So I paid for it and I look at my transactions it was 30 dollars total. They charge 15 dollars for pop sticker and 16 dollars for fried rice. Very nice scam they are running there.

The rice tasted old and not good.

I’m so glad I got to try this place! The poor reviews of over privileged people complaining about free samples is ridiculous!

I got the szechuan beef, egg rolls, fried shrimp and crab wontons. The veggies were fresh and crunchy, and I got a generous amount of beef. I normally don’t do fried foods because restaurants tend to reuse oil for way too long and makes fried foods taste “fishy” but not the case here!

My drive home is about 20 minutes. I was salivating the entire way from the delicious aroma and I tore right into it all before getting a picture. It all arrived steaming hot!! ♨️

All very delicious comfort food!

Disappointing. They were offering samples of general tso’s chicken which was good so we ordered lunch. I got broccoli beef with fried rice for an extra change which would have been fine but the fried rice came with a few large chunks of fried egg and no flavor. The broccoli beef was equally disappointing. Bland, grey meat with veggies that managed yo be soggy and crunchy at the same time, all swimming in a watery grey… sauce? The egg drop soup, cheap bouillon water. Plenty of egg in the soup, but knorr bouillon cube broth is nasty

Visited the Lucky Dragon Food cart on March 6th for lunch in Beaverton. I ordered the BBQ Pork Boa buns and the crab and cream cheese wanton wraps. Both were excellent and tasty. I would give 5 stars if the boa buns came with a saucy slaw of some kind other wise they are good solid boa buns but not an earth moving foodie experience. You get 3 boa buns and 8 wonton puffs. I just simplified the picture.
