I had such a great experience at Chipotle! The food was absolutely delicious — everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The ingredients were clearly high quality, and my bowl was made exactly how I wanted it. You can really tell they take pride in serving great food. What made the visit even better was how respectful and friendly the workers were. They greeted me with a smile, listened carefully to my order, and were patient and polite the entire time. Even during a busy rush, they stayed positive and professional, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.

The portions are too small for the price. My husband asked for a little more, and they put what would fit on a tablespoon in the bowl. Then, without being told we’d be charged extra, they rang it up as a double portion of meat. When I questioned it, I was told “we didn’t charge for the extra toppings”. What extra toppings? He got rice and the corn mix. We will not go back. Further, I would not recommend it to anyone.

I believe the people that served me were high. My mom, sister and I went all on December 16 at 8:30 pm and the people serving the food, not the register lady, were out of touch with reality.
1) I didn’t get what I actually ordered and neither did my mom or sister. They added what I didn’t order and not what I asked. I never order queso and I she proceed to put queso when I asked for the second time while shouting“ NO QUESO!”.
My mom asked for a xtra chicken and these people put one extra peice:/ like I’m paying an extra three dollars for one piece of chicken.
Finally, my sister doesn’t order guac, like never and she stated to the server she didn’t want guac. I kid you not the server repeated “ no guac” and proceeds to dump the tub on her bowl. She also asked for xtra beans and these people put guy dumps bean juice into the bowl. He made a soup.
2) skimpy portions. I pay 10 dollars for a bowl, and I’m hungry otherwise I would go somewhere else like McDonald’s to eat smaller portions. Gimme what I pay for.
I understand that they want to work quick but don’t add random stuff into the bowl.

The bowl was placed almost upside down on the bag and all the souces have leaked in my clothes and my car. Worst part that i relized when i got home that they gave me someone else’s order. In the paper bag was my name, but not in the chipotle bowl.The meat was hard as rock and the fajitas were just raw peppers. Worst experience so far on Chipottle. I would not recommend this location to anyone and i will never go back here. Very dissapointed.

PLEASE READ: I’m so mad. I ordered a bowl. Tell me why when I was eating. (I don’t shake it up. and I also eat from the side) so when i found a HAIR in my food i was disgusted. these Workers are working around our food and yet are still not wearing hair nets, i work in the food industry and i wear my hair net because it is a food handlers safety requirement. having your hair down in any restaurant/fast food place is NOT acceptable and is again NOT professional. learn how to handle food better. i’m so disgusted and disappointed i am not finishing this bowl (i spent 16$) for what? a couple bites just to find something that should NEVER be found IN someone’s food. at least tie your long hair back. i’m so mad.

They refused to give my daughter a large quesadilla when she was on a school trip. Their excuse? Too many people just walked in behind her. Wish I was there to tell them that they are just going to have to wait their turn like everybody else. What kind of service is this?

Really hate to be that person, as I eat here quite often, but I think I’m done with chipotle for quite some time. I ate a chicken bowl roughly 2 weeks ago and noticed that on that particular day the chicken tasted off. Almost rubbery. Didn’t think much of it, until two hours later my stomach just started to turn and cramp. I’ve been dealing with an upset stomach for 2 weeks now, so either I got a bad case of food poisoning or gut irritation but I know that food did not taste right that day and the only thing that makes me think the reason my stomach has been upset was from the chicken meat they were serving that day.
I’ve eaten here plenty of times and on a few occasions the food was not the best but this time, I have no idea what that was and it may have upset my stomach really bad.

Chipotle is fire. I appreciate the staffs and managers kindness to me even though I have autism and their food is amazing and really good. Manager is very nice. They cook the food fresh and ready to eat and they maintain the restaurant clean. Amazing chips and guacamole. They put a smile on customers faces. 10/10

Picked up dinner from here and it was not a good experience. None of the 4 people staffing the line were pleasant and they were very skimpy on the portions. The rice was hard and stale, as were the shells and the food tasted bitter. This is one of the worst locations.

So hit or miss. Half the time the steak and chicken are so overcooked it’s not even edible and today got a bowl with half uncooked rice in it. This place needs better management and cooking staff.
