The food is amazing! Nothing has ever went wrong with my food. The service was great, the ladies working were very polite and patient. The atmosphere is nice but sometimes the tables are really dirty.

Upon arrival there was a small line, when we got to order the lady was rushing everybody down the line, had to pay extra meat for my son because she didn’t take the time to listen that he wanted half and half, my wife had to tell the next lady to wait because she couldn’t see what she wanted on the side. After she served the extra meat that I didn’t want to pay it was my turn to order so I told her if she could slow down a bit so she wouldn’t mess up my order aswell. Had to ask for a little bit more rice because she was serving quickly but not enough to even be the regular amount the should serve then she passed it along for me to have to ask for a little more veggies because she barely put any on. When I got to the salsas had to repeat my serve to ask for sides. I understand the business but paying $40+ for a rushed meal it’s not worth, rather spend $10 more and go to a better restaurant.

Honestly, if I could give this place 0 stars I would. My husband found a bug in his burrito bowl. I tried to call the store to report it and it’s nearly impossible to get connected to the store. When I was finally connected, they hung up on me. My husband drove the bowl over to tell them about the issue and the employee had the audacity to make up some excuse as to why he couldn’t refund him. Then his response to the bug being in the food was “sometimes it happens.” No, absolutely NOT acceptable. I’m honestly so disappointed and disgusted. Never stepping foot into this place again.

Overall the food was good. My only issue was that it was cold by the time I got it home which was only about 15 minutes from when it was made. The employees were very nice though and expedited my food since I was inside waiting for my food to be finished.
UPDATE: I’ve been going to this location for a long time and it’s been fine until recently. The past 2 times I have ordered they’ve messed up my order. They haven’t put beans on the last 2 times, and this time, they added tomatoes, which I definitely didn’t want, and they put a very small amount of fajita veggies. I’m very upset about this and honestly don’t really want to go back after these experiences.

Management needs to get it together. EVERY time I come here past 10, they are closed early. 5+ times! Doors locked. 10:15, 10:30. Locked! But of course the employees are standing there just looking at you. Not even cleaning.
I even asked once what their hours were, thinking I was wrong, but no. They’re supposed to be open till 11. Seemingly a supervisor was very upset to learn that staff was closing before 11.
I work food service. This is crazy!
Just change the hours so I can stop leaving the house to get right back in my car.

As always at most Chipotle stores, I had to ask them to wipe down the counter before he slid our bowls down through old cheese and other ingredients that were developing bacteria.
But the food is good and healthy. Sometimes I wish I was never a chef when I see food Handlers that are not being trained properly according to ServSafe guidelines.

went there on saturday for the bogo deal, was getting my bowl, she wasn’t even listening. i asked for white rice. she put brown and she put the smallest scoop. i told her i wanted white rice, she didn’t respond and tried to dump out the brown rice to put in the white rice. That’s so unsanitary. Also, when she got to the chicken, i asked her for that and she barely put me half a scoop. i tell her this is not enough. put a little more. and she ignored me. i ask for sour cream. she puts the tiniest amount in there. i tell her put corn and she barely puts any in there also. at the end, this is what made me so angry. My mom does not like lettuce, so i don’t say anything when we get to the lettuce part, and she just puts in a full scoop of lettuce. Now i’m mad, asking her “why did you put lettuce?” She tries fixing it by trying to dump out the lettuce and still made me pay for the bowl. Horrible customer service.

I walked in here and this is the nastiest looking Chipotle I’ve been to. I mean it was disgusting. Old food and bags all over the table and nobody was even trying to clean it up. I am sure this is a sanitary violation for a restaurant. They had 6 or 7 people behind the counter but nobody was even trying to clean this place. Where are the managers of this place? How about regonal management? And these peolle get upset if they dont get $15 an hour. They don’t deserve $5 an hour.
