I ordered 3 carnitas tacos, and the pork didn’t even taste seasoned. The lettuce was also in very large pieces, like it hadn’t been chopped well enough. I hate to leave a bad review because I’ve been going to this place for years, but my meal was very disappointing 🙁

Very disappointing online order. First, it arrived with the seal of the bag not only broken, but ripped off to make it look like it was never there. Then the chips were missing. One burrito was partially unwrapped, which made us very uneasy. The second burrito was half the size of the first. Same amount of ingredients in each. No reason for the size difference. We tried calling the store to talk to someone about the concerning and possible sanitary issues but it is impossible to get through to a human. The “pepper” chat is useless. Will not return.

I ordered online through the app and Ive done this at many other Chipotle locations in the past and its always been super easy! Unfortunately at this location, someone had the genius idea to put the mobile pick up shelves BEHIND THE REGISTER. I stared at my order for almost 15 minutes before I could even get the attention of an employee because of how busy they were. I will never order online at this location ever again because of this

Got my food with not a long wait time, but they didn’t seem to be working as a team (like they were missing some ingredients). They didn’t even smile or show friendliness, my chips were old/not crunchy or fresh.

First of all, this place was extremely dirty. There was lettuce and food all over the counters and floor. It seems like nobody cares to clean. The person serving us didn’t greet us and seemed like she didn’t want to be there. She gave us like 8 pieces of chicken – can literally count them. Then we asked for corn and she said they were out. We asked if she could check if there is more and she apparently goes back to check. She doesn’t come back for about 10 minutes. Actually she never came back.. I think it was the end of her shift and she just left.. mid-order. I mean isn’t it reasonable to at least finish the order you started? After some time the one guy in the back cooking the chicken comes out to finish our order and rudely tells us there is no corn. After finishing our order, we waited to pay and leave. There were about six employees walking around in the back and NOONE came to finish our order. We were the only ones in the store for about 15 minutes and a line starts to form. After some time there were about six or seven people and the orders were piling up. Finally someone shows up to the cashier but she just places her half eaten lunch on the counter checks out and leaves. All of the employees just seemed clueless.

I don’t like giving negative reviews. But this time it seems warranted. We normally order online to pick up from another location. Today we were close to this one so we stopped in. They said the items we asked for are digital only items and cannot be ordered in person but they said they would check with the manager. The manger came out and was quite rude when saying we wouldn’t be able to order the items. That’s fine. I wouldn’t even write a negative review about that because sometimes people are just having a bad day. So we said no worries, we’ll just place an online order because everyone in our family likes quesadillas. She didn’t seam to happy. But it seems that maybe out of spite, we received a messed up order, brown guacamole and an almost empty bag of chips. We go out of our way to treat people with respect, especially those who have to deal with the public. I just don’t understand why people can’t be nice to one another.

NO NO to this location. Staff is extremely unwelcoming, idk what’s the matter with the kids working there, they keep laughing looking at each other while making our orders. Seems like making fun of the customers. Very rude. The stare of the register lady was terrible too. I am not gonna go back to this location even though it’s only a few minutes away from my place.

Usually, I love this place. We get fast and friendly service. Today, I ordered from the chipotle app and got guacamole with my chicken burrito bowl. I can’t believe that they charged an extra $2 for a smear of guacamole on the side of the bowl. I flipped over the cheese sprinkled on top thinking there was more underneath, but nope! Next time, definitely ordering guacamole on the side so I get my money’s worth.
