I have been going to this location since they opened and have only had a handful of good experiences. I had a fly in my bowl before, the rice is usually undercooked, the meat is usually chewy and then today I had a hair in my tacos. The line where they prep the food is usually covered in scraps from previous customers’ orders and the tables are always dirty. Do not recommend this location.

Every time I go to this location, it feels like I’m either chewing on rocks or eating a giant bowl of mashed potatoes. The rice is either overdone or incredibly undercooked where you’re chipping your teeth. Day or Night, it’s never right. At this point I’m convinced the managers don’t know how to make the rice either!!! After the 5th time (yes, literally 5) I’m finally giving up on this location. I’m also not the type to leave a review. I live 20 minutes away… and can’t just go back. Ugh so dissatisfied with the cooks here. In the trash again!! Ugh

The absolute worst chipotle. Our pickup order was STOLEN. They couldn’t refund and directed us to the chipotle chatbots that take an hour to give a refund. Zero accountability. Offered to remake but then disappeared and manager stood training a new employee while I stood there. Go somewhere else. The worst.

UPDATE: ordered delivery from this location again and got delievered someone else’s order. You can’t even make this up. And no direct customer support line to chat with a real representative. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION.
Love Chipotle and have been a long time fan but this location has become unacceptable recently. I’m aware portion sizes have gotten weak over the past couple years but this location in particular skimps you with food.
The attached picture is what my bowl looked like upon opening it after it was delivered. And instead of being able to reach an actual live agent, all I got was a free entree through their bot chat support. I didn’t want a free entree, I wanted a full refund for having paid delivery for this weak bowl.

Absolutely dismal portions. Take a look at what $12 gets you at this location. Walked around and compared with colleagues, most of us got skimped, hard. We’ve agreed to never again, order from this terrible, rip off, of a chain.

There wasn’t a single clean horizontal surface. Not the tables, not the floor, not the prep counters, not the serving counters. Everything was dirty and covered in food. They were playing loud explicit music in the kitchen. They were pulling the stove out from the wall while the burners were still on and I thought I was going to lose my stomach with how gross the wall was. This was the most unclean eatery I’ve ever visited in person.

Every single time we order from this location, they always mess our orders up. I requested for extra corn and ordered chips. We did not receive what we ordered. I paid for chips I didn’t receive that, there was barely anything in my bowl which I paid money for. They need to be considerate of their customers especially the ones that are ordering for lunch during work hours. You can’t speak to anyone because they do not even pick up the phone. It’s disturbing.

I had gotten delivery about 11:45am and didn’t get a notification about my order until about 12:45 and having the delivery driver tell me that when he went inside to get my order the workers told him they didn’t have my order because they gave it to someone else and that they wouldn’t remake my order even though the workers messed up and gave my order away. Terrible location and then spent an extra hour trying to get a refund and only got my refund after I placed my order at another chipotle location (which is significantly better in every way then this northbrook location). Spent $60 dollars in total and now am still waiting on my refund.

Just got an order with 3 under-filled bowls. protein was the most lacking ingredient. not the first time from this location but it will be the last. Unacceptable for the prices. This location is terrible for skimping on ingredients but never has it been this bad before. When did extra meat = half as much as usual?
