This chipotle is sinking fast. The only reason we frequent is it’s open later than ours and my Son eats late. The review average use to be 4.5. It’s 3.9 now. For reasons mentioning now…I get there at 945pm. It closes at 11pm. I ask the guy for more white rice because he put 1/2 a spoon. He points to it and says we’re running low and there are people behind you. Not sure what’s that have to do with me, I’m a paying customer. Obviously make more. Then he puts like 8 pieces of steak on the burrito. No comment, does no good. You charge $13 for a steak burrito. Make it look like a burrito. Take some pride in your work. You’re collecting a paycheck. I didn’t bother asking his name. He’s mid 20’s. Black, curly hair and glasses. He’s also the same guy that was cleaning the counter w a spray and towel and didn’t bother to wash his hands before making our food. He just put gloves on. Then he asks me do I want a bag for my burritos. Yes, paying customers are entitled to a bag to carry our food, also. This place is average at best. This guy needs to go back to training or pursue a different career path. Very poor customer experience all around. Avoid this place. I totally believe all the other 1 star reviews for this location. Sorry to all you other good paying customers who also got ripped off.
Also, after google review, went online at chipotle.com to contact corporate. It kept failing at the end w error message(prob on purpose for bad reviews.) It finally took after several attempts. Chipotle, you have to do better.

I always get Chipotle, food is decent when prepared well. Don’t expect any friendly staff here.
The tea: My gosh is the staff and their service at this location is so DREADFUL. If you don’t like your job, do yourself and the customers a favor: go elsewhere! Dealing with people in person is what the job consists of. Adding the requested food items to a person’s bowl, burrito or taco is what the job consists of. Literally all the recent walk ins for me were awful. The staff is so negative and honestly, lazy. Asking for extra anything is like the end of the world for them, they give plenty of attitude AND are even judgmental (visibly) with choices/portion requests. Also, when the rice or sour cream, for example, gets nearly empty, they dread putting a new fill in. Not only for me, but I see the people before and after me being treated the same.
In all seriousness, do better with the employees you choose or do something for them to be happy with where they’re working at. Either its the people running the place making the employees miserable that then makes them treat customers poorly OR its the lack of care in who is being hired by management OR management has no idea how staff handles their customers or daily functions. Just being completely honest, hope this helps.
I still get food here once in a while, but I am in and out as quick as humanly possible.

I wish I had photos to share because I dont know if there was an entire shift of only new staff last night or what because one of my burritos was maybe a 1/3 of what it should have been and the other burrito the fajita veggies were raw and they clearly didnt know how to roll the burrito because ALL the meat was in the bottom and it wasnt even a full portion of that meat. Used to be my favorite Chipotle in the area but I will most likely not be coming back…

I never write a bad review, but I feel completely disrespected. My order was completely incorrect, to a point it feels intentional. They swapped my pinto beans for black beans, my steak to chicken, and they omitted my fajita veggies. However everything’s else was as I typically order it, so it feels like blatant missteps. I also ordered chips and salsa, and did not receive the salsa. I did not even want to eat my food for fear they spit in it with how disrespectful it felt. I ordered on the chipotle website, and even tipped on there, and this was my thanks. I’ll attach photos and you can make your own judgments

If I could give 0 stars, I would.
Tiny portions, overpriced bowls (almost $15 each), and poor service. A “salad” was just lettuce in a bowl. Very disappointing experience. Not worth it.

Called restaurant to speak to manager about food, was greeted by teenagers that refused to hand me to manager, manager was in background saying he didn’t want to “deal with me”. I work in customer service so this truly makes me never want to return to this location. Sounds like the manager isn’t in the right role to be handling simple situations as a messed up order…

I come here often and it has now been 2+ weeks since Pibb has been out. Pibb is the only reason i buy a drink here and they havent fixed the issue. Additionally, theres a woman who told me i cant use rewards unless i order for pickup, resulting in me not using rewards. 6 months later, i mentioned that and a worker looked at me weird and mentioned i COULD indeed use rewards in person. Food is usually good and portions are ok at least
