I’ve been to this Chipotle several times and the food is generally decent but the cleanliness and customer service is none existent. The place always looks like a tornado went through with garbage on almost every table and even the prep counter is filthy. The worst part is the workers have time to stand around on their phones but don’t have time to clean up.

Just used the order ahead feature with the digital drive thru service. Sat in the drive thru for about 5-10 minutes before the workers finished talking to each other to hand me my order. Then when I got home, I noticed that my order was wrong and the side of queso that I ordered had popped open and spilled all over the bag. Did not have corn pico, red salsa or sour cream. Instead it had lettuce and shredded cheese? Terrible experience, much faster and more accurate to just go inside and order at the counter.

Do not go to the other Chipotle on 1680 45th St S, Fargo, ND 58103. That place is a nightmare. I have no clue why this location only has a 2.9 star rating compared to the other chipotle on 45th St S! This location is clean and the staff was friendly and actually cared about cleaning their work stations and restaurant! I finally received a well wrapped burrito for once at a Chipotle location in Fargo. Go to this location and let the location on 45th St S Fargo die.

Arrived at 11:00am today, place not opened for that long today. But same as always, absolute filthy! If you just opened not long ago, how is your beverage area filthy with dried on pop, no napkins or straws available?! Trash cans over flowing! Food was decent, but place was NOT busy as we were only customers. Staff standing around on their phones. How can this place still be open? Isn’t there any leadership in this company that can uphold standards?! I understand it’s hard to find good help, but how can you walk into a Culver’s where they employ young folks and they greet you when you walk in and they thank you when you leave? It’s all in what your company and leadership set for standards. Do better!

Every employee at this location is pure of heart, aware of their surroundings and can read an order screen. If this Chipotle has no fans, I’m dead. The employees at the drive-up window are the sweetest, kindest people I’ve ever met. Everyone I know exclusively orders from THIS Chipotle, no matter the distance or drive.
It takes maximum five minutes to get your order. They even have it ready 5-10 minutes early sometimes. Everything is hot, and fresh. Guac is always smashed to perfection.

This is consistently the dirtiest restaurant in Fargo. This is my third time visiting in the last year and every time it has been disgusting. This time I finally canceled my order and had to leave both because of the filth and the fact that after I ordered online my food still wasn’t ready 30 minutes later nor did they have any idea when it would be ready. Of course they couldn’t refund the meal either. You have to call an 800 number and waste another 30 minutes of time.

I don’t like to leave a bad review nor comment on a new place/ business, however, in this case I got extremely sick so I have to. Today August 14th 2022 after a long drill weekend and work I placed an order ( simple bowl; rice, veggies, and chicken) which I do that at all Chipotle locations…. Not on this one, it was mishandled, not pleasant to look at and I paid the price later with a trip to the restroom. The place was dirty, my food was thrown away in to plate not placed in the rice was on one side and the other ingredients on the other, and Jesus the lettuce was extremely old and blackish….. I am not a brat nor picky about my food , but as I was happy to pay my hard earned money I would like my services in exchange. And in all honesty I should eat an MREs Bette then eating here. I hope the owners / managers will have to do something about this. I will not support this business unless they change their services.
Respectfully

Usually, service and food quality are awesome at the 32nd location, yet my last visit was very off-putting. Chipotle gave me a bowl full of black beans, sour cream, white rice, and mixed meat. Not how I requested it made at all!

Replace this with a Qdoba please. Their employees actually act like they want to be there at least. Don’t put any special requests in or you’ll get the exact opposite. Ask her white sauce you’ll get heavy. Ask for extra queso they’ll scrape the bottom of the bin. Maybe if they didn’t make burritos the size of footballs they could pay their workers better and they might be happy to be at work. I can’t get through half a burrito from this place because they stack it so high with everything and then they don’t mix it very well so you get big bites of one topping at a time

I have had good experiences here, best chipotle in Fargo a lot faster than the one on 45th and workers are much more friendly. My rice was a little undercooked or not enough water in the rice. Overall, my burritos or rice bowls have tasted good. Still seems overpriced paying $15 for a burrito, but that’s any chipotle.
