We love this Chipotle! It is always clean, the service is fast and friendly and food is always fresh. It’s never too busy, they play soft background music in Latin language and the room temperature is very comfortable, not too cold to the contrary to some other places. This makes me want to stay in and eat food inside to enjoy the atmosphere instead of rushing out. One of the most important aspects of this particular location is the large parking space that is easily accessible if you are pulling a trailer behind your vehicle. We are pulling a 14 foot trailer behind and chose this location over other options specifically for the parking lot.

This Is My Second Time Coming Here And They Overcharge Me Almost 7$ More And It’s Always The Same Girl At The Register . She is rude and has a very snappy attitude she kills the joy for me to come there and I love chipotle. Her customer service skills are horrendous and she always rolls her eyes and shakes her head like overcharging me is my problem . I remember chipotle use to be welcoming do better that’s really unfortunate. I come around 5-7pm on Thursday the 19th I’m so upset with my service .

Ordered a steak bowl on the Chipotle app for delivery. There was no steak in my order. “Pepper” was the online support bot that you’re forced to use when there’s an issue with your order. Its resolution was to credit me for a free entree. So now I have no food and if I were to place another delivery order, I get charged for all the fees and tips again. I Very poor customer service for issue resolution. I don’t think I’ll ever trust this location to get my order right.

This is one of the best Chipotles I have been to. They have a wonderful staff on hand. Bathrooms and tables are always clean. The mixed lemonade or juice options are always over half full so you have plenty. They do not skimp on your bowls, so you always end up with plenty extra. Which is a huge win!

We go to Chipotle all the time and we love it… most of the time. This location doesn’t like to refill their food the last 2 hours that they are open unfortunately. Once they are out, they are done serving whatever item it is they are out of. If you have worked in the food industry, you know that they have prepped for the next day. You know there is more chicken to be made or more lettuce to be cut. This is utter laziness and not okay especially when we are paying for full price. Also, some of the workers act like they are the one’s paying for the food and will not give you a full scoop of protein. The 41st Street location does not do this and they make things on the spot if they are out of them even if it’s 30 minutes to close. This location should close at 8:00 p.m. because every single time I get off work to get something they are out of it and then that is that. It is truly disappointing especially as a regular customer.

I’ve have tried catering orders 3 different times from this location. And everytime there was an issue. First time, they had forgotten to even make the order. Second, they gave my order way to some one else. Third time we show up 15 minutes after the pick up time and it still wasn’t ready. The whole restaurant is just pure chaos behind the counter. No one seems to be in charge or know anything about what’s going on. I am writing this as im waiting for my catering order.

I’m happy with most Chipotle locations, this one doesn’t disappoint. The staff was friendly which was a bonus. As someone with limited food options, I appreciate being able to eat here dairy free and gluten/wheat free/corn free.
