I usually love this chipotle and have liked it over the other nearby ones. But in the past few months the food has gone downhill quite a bit. The portions are either overflowing or not even worth half of what you pay. The meat can either be chewy and fatty or perfect. I just wish the expectations would be more consistent.

Tried to give this location several chances & every chance they NEVER fail to disappoint. Doesn’t matter if you order through doordash or go in person they will mess up your order. My boyfriend came up there got two bowls one sofritas, one chicken just for our rice to be raw and UNCOOKED. The rice is literally hard & hard to chew that’s not cooked rice. So kindly refund us you guys need to do better as a location no reason for this to keep happening & nothing being done about it that’s not right.

i love this place so much. the girl with the blonde hair made my bowl PERFECT. she was so nice too and was glowing. i also appreciate the cashier with glasses. she was just the best worker ever. i love this chipotle so much. the two girls who i think are sisters are so respectful and made my night! such hard working people!

I have eaten at this location 5 times thinking it can’t get worse than the last time…. Each and every time I get the same exact meal. And each and every time it taste completely different and most of the time the food is bland and has no taste. The employees give extremely small portions even when told double portions.
Not a single time have I had a good bag of chips!! Either so stale they bend it half or so salted my face puckers!!!
DO NOT EAT at this location if you want to spend your money wisely!!!

I got to the pick up window and they said they could not find my order. I showed my confirmation and then I was told my order was lost. I went and parked and give it a few minutes. Then picked up my order and went home. When I got home my order was made wrong. I ordered fajita veggies on my quesadilla and I did not get them. My food was cold and looked like someone threw it around. This is the second time I have had this issue.

I made an order through the app and when I went to pick it up the whole bowl was cold and they barely put any lettuce in it. Everything else in the bowl was a much smaller proportion and it wasn’t fun. I did ask for more lettuce and they gave it to me but the whole thing was cold and they could do much better at this location 🙁
