Food is always good. We were there for 45 mins. During this time garbage was full the whole time, napkins on floor, garbage on floor. There was time between little rushed that workers had a chance to clean up…insted those chose to chit chat. Please try to teach them to be observant of the restaurant an keep it clean…I understand they might be under staffed or can’t find help but cleaning needs to be done. Photos taken 15 mins apart.

So the last few times I’ve came to this chipotle I am getting half portions of my food in a bowl. My order is for DOUBLE chicken, DOUBLE rice, and pretty much every other fix-in you can get and they’re giving me a half of a bowl. This meal is $18 with a drink and they keep cheating me out of food. Haven’t been able to get a refund once either. I will not be returning to this store, I understand there’s a newer corporate entity that doesn’t like to serve good sized portions so I don’t blame the employees entirely. I don’t want to complain about this issue but I feel like I’ve wasted $20 on my last two visits here for less than fresh quality food. I’m just done with it. It’s a damn shame that companies like this put restrictions on giving good portions but I’m not even getting near a full bowl anyways.

Ordered a pick-up order online. It was ready when I got there to pick it up. We tried the new Chipotle honey chicken, and it was okay. There didn’t seem to be enough meat, and they just super packed the burrito with rice. Didn’t have much flavor compared to other Chipotle restaurants I’ve been to. It’s kind of disappointing, especially because of the price.

All garbage cans were overflowing. Ice and napkins were completely empty. When asked if they could be replenished for a second time cashier rolled her eyes like she was being inconvenienced. Probably the worst chipotle I have ever been too. Wanted to dine in but due to the conditions of the establishment we decided to eat in our car.

So so dirty. There was a girl in glasses that could have been cleaning, just stood at the cash register (that you cannot order from, since everything is online ordering only ) while two guys cooked everything. I just have never seen a restaurant so dirty. The bathrooms were a whole other level of dirty as well. Bummer.

Me and my friend wanted a late night meal, walked in at 10:15pm on a Sunday, when the website clearly says closes at 11pm. We walk in and a worker that was sweeping, stopped and just stared at us. I asked her “Are you closed?” and she replied with “No we close at 11”. She then is blocking the way to go up to the counter and order, we walk and she doesn’t move so we have to go around her. The entire time she was just staring at us and giving us dirty looks. The 2 people that helped us at the counter were awesome. The lady that stared at us in the beginning is waiting at the register for us. She proceeds to give us terrible attitude, throwing our bowls into the bags and dropping the bags on the counter. To add the cherry on top, we get into the car and open the bag, and it wasn’t closed all the way so the bowl went all over the inside of the bag. Never had a bad experience here until now, unfortunate that one worker ruined my view of this place.

The workers were fine and that was the best part of this experience. Every ingredient was cold and it’s in the middle of lunch time (1pm). The server was rationing the food which was hard to watch when I’m paying $12 bucks for a bowl. The restaurant is in need of a deep cleaning with food everywhere and smear marks on everything. Entire patio area where I ate needs to be power washed cause there is garbage waste water all over the ground and door.

If I could I would give this specific store zero stars because all the tables are dirty(watched multiple customers including my fiancé and I) the walls by that tables are not really sure about you but I don’t really care to eat on or by nasty tables or wall. Very unclean.
The food I asked for double of everything didn’t get that the listening skills are not the greatest I got on tiny scoop of rice (not enough to even make a burrito btw)
