So glad Chipotle is back to the quality it use to be!!! I avoided it for a few years, but recently started going back again and I’m so happy I did!! I even travel all the way to the north one from southside, and it’s completely worth it! The portions are generous, the workers friendly, and the place clean! Whoever the two females working tonight 3/7/26 around 8:30 pm need to be retrained the burritos I purchased were made incorrectly completely missing both double portions of meat wich was 6 bucks extra each burrito so paid an extra 12 to barely even get enough meat to say it’s one portion but had no problem making majority of the burrito fat didn’t double wrap either burrito and the food just didn’t taste fresh at all the meat was cold. Didn’t even feel like asking to get the food relaid cause clearly thy don’t know what there doing

Their motto is very accurate. Chipotle, for real? This is how you make tiny little double meat, double wrap burritos? I paid extra for a big burrito, and you gave me a little baby square.
Tried it again. Spent the entire time eating nothing but a full rice burrito even though I paid for double meat.
Contacted customer support, they said that it sucks to suck, and closed the chat without any other options.

I was just there a little after ten there was a guy with a group of friends putting up two hand meaning “that’s a ten” for the girl worker walking out it was not a field goal post… which made me believe that most of the guys in there at the time were there to cause a problem. The guy and his female companion were getting their orders done it seemed like he was sassy me I made a sarcastic joke to divert the conversation the burrito artist seemed to take it personally but I did apologize and he even brushed the comment off himself. But the passive aggressive rudeness from the customer in front of me was ongoing but the cashier kinda brought up how much young guys can cause trouble for me and I’ve reported it before while he was telling the customer that he didn’t give him the right amount of money for the order. That was all going on while I was asking the burrito maker to remake my order because I’m allergic to rice and there was some (rice) in the beans and im going to need it remade without beans. Original order trashed then made a sad order of meat and cheese plus sour cream. But while he was “wrapping” it up, it seemed like he was watching me watch him and it seemed like he was waiting for me to look away while he was finishing. He put some emphasis on how the tortilla was on the actual counter and not the foil when he was wrapping it. When I got home there was a grain on top of the burrito right in the place where I opened it(the tinfoil) up. So yeah I got this burrito the second meal I’ve had in three days(it was Christmas too) I the sour cream was all on one side(the top) I figured I would start there and finish with a mouth meat. What happened next? Got to the end last bite of tortilla blackened chicken and some questionable slime it could be from my allergies but it was way too shady in there today for me to totally dismiss it. I love coming here I’ve been a chipotle fan since the first opened when I was in the second grade but yeah me being allergic to there most famous part about them yet I’m lead to believe that this behavior I experiment from others is my fault when it’s just common sense to not be a jerk for no reason at all for both the customer and the worker
I just went to subway(and hyvee! For a rascial slur two days ago) today and the artist there also lied to my face about him screwing up my order so I’ll be expecting that from most places that reside in Rochester

This place needs to either shut down or get a complete overhaul in management. Starting from top down. No management AT ALL!!!
The employees are completely lost all the time I’ve been. The place is a complete mess cleanliness wise. The floors look like there was a food fight going on. The bar place with toppings is so disgusting and dirty seems like everything is a one big jumble. Constantly out of stick items and never any help with mobile orders. Seating areas ill kept and no brooming at all. Unfortunately I could not get all pictures. I will next time.

We’ve ordered takeout twice from this location in the last month. Our food was exactly what we ordered, but both times, my burrito was about 1/3 the size of a normal burrito we would get if we ordered person. The first time i got the food home and we laughed pretty hard because of how small it was, I thought maybe my wife ordered it incorrectly. The second time we realized it’s just how they make them. It was honestly hard to chew, just because the tortilla had to be wrapped around like 3 times. Pictures of both burritos for reference.

Great location that always gets our order right. Give the burrito bowl with brown rice and black beans a try. All the meat options are great, but I appreciate the steak or chicken best.
I like to add fajita veggies, fresh salsa, and lettuce for a filling meal.
