Asked this Chipotle to cater my wedding, and let me tell you… this team killed it. Everything got to the reception still looking and tasting like it had JUST been cooked. All the packaging was perfectly organized and easy to set up. We got plenty of napkins, cutlery and serving utensils. 5/5 for this Chipotle. You guys are the best. Thank you.

The steak is always grizzly with fat that cannot be consumed with a conscience. This has been my problem with Chipotle for the longest time forcing me to eat other cuts of meat. Aside from that, the rest of the options have always been a good fit for a fairly health conscious individual, with a lot of taste to boot. The local facility has always been well kept up, and sometimes with lines out the door they have really speedy service. Especially considering the fact that is it is always a young bunch doing the order taking. The price point is kind of high considering the quality of food, but not a bad deal for a once or twice a month meal for something far better than Taco Bell or any other fast food restaurant.

chipotle just isn’t like it used to be. last two times i’ve had a burrito bowl, from two different locations, they have both sucked. veggies weren’t sauteed, just hard raw onions & peppers, the tomato salsa isn’t salsa, just tomatoes. the corn wasn’t really roasted, just seemed like what little corn i had was just plain corn. employees seem like they all hate their jobs and don’t understand customer service. not worth the high prices anymore.

Worst location ever….whoever the blonde worker is that wraps the burritos should really get retrained by management. Tonight was the 3rd time having her and she takes 10min just to try and wrap it without all the food items falling out, my burrito was ice cold by the time she finished. Completely unacceptable.

What time does this store open? The door says 10:45am. Google says the same time. What I find strange is not the fact that they opened the doors at 11am but that the staff (about six of them) sat down to eat while the doors where locked stairing at all of us waiting outside from AND did not have the courtesy to explain what happened. An explanation would have made a lot of difference. An apology to the almost 10 people waiting for your doors to open would have gone a long way.

Never have my order ready when it’s time to pick it up. Kids packs are always cold with rock hard soft shells, fruit is often rotten.

I love this location and it’s staff. The best part was Tristen and his cooking especially his chicken. Love his energy and smile. When I asked for more cheese I was given as much as I wanted. No portion control here. Met the district manager and he will correct the Columbia Heights location to stop portion controlling people. I will come again to this location.
