I just got a bowl that felt heavy and I was super excited by this surprise; until I opened it and it was 90% rice with maybe 4-5 (depending on how you’d count the bizarre cuts) pieces of chicken on it with some soft veggie scraps. Not even close to uniform size, they all were cut carelessly and tasted like something else that I can’t place. I usually go to a location closer to my house, but tried this one due to its proximity to target while I was shopping. Spent $10 on a bowl of rice with a couple gristly pieces of chicken. I usually rate 5 star on the app, but had to say something because of how huge of a disappointment this was. Can’t even get a refund because the app won’t allow it.

For starters 2 employees make their food before helping customers, half portions after watching employees fill bowls for themselves. Very rude employees from start to finish. Every table is covered in food and gross. Napkins no where to be found. Chipotle has gone so down hill especially this location. Almost $28 for 2 bowls no extras and 2 sodas, because they would give my son an extra scoop of rice… I won’t come back…

Basically paying 11 bucks for rice. I would recommend los cactus in Columbia heights. More meat not as much fat and the rice has more flavor and not clumped together. Chipotle wants to know why they’re not as busy. Well ya can make a bowl of rice at home for a week on 11 bucks. Put some freaking meat. Ya can go to a restaurant for 5 bucks more and have some meat.

My daughter placed an order that was delivered by Door Dash today. One burrito had the correct label but was not made according to the request, not even close. I also ordered chips and guacamole and the guacamole was just gross and should have been thrown away at the store and never presented to a customer. Guacamole that has been exposed to oxygen too long turns brown, mine was past brown and was gray! Ewwwww!!!
To be fair, my daughter placed a complaint on the Chipotle app and received a quick response. Chipotle’s resolution was two free burritos and a message saying they would speak to the Blaine store.

When I post a review for a restaurant/fast food chain, its solely based on efficiency, attentiveness, and service. Unfortunately, Chipotle fell short on all three of them. The biggest pet peeve between ordering online and ordering in person is the discrepancy on portion size. Buyer beware. I would avoid ordering online at this location at all costs. They skimp on portions, especially when it comes to extra rice and meat and they charge you extra for extra cheese . No other chipotle location charges extra for extra cheese. Wont be back .

Update 7/28… store is randomly open, days they don’t feel like being open they just slap an online orders only sign in the door… no way to predict what days this will be. Also they redesigned their quesadillia which is now a shell with cheese wrapped in a shell then put in an oven, then charged $8.20 for a simple cheese quesadillia with nothing else (no salsa, rice, sour cream, etc)
Update 5/25/2021…. mask mandates are over, we’re 3 days away from every and all restriction on restaurants being lifted and their dining room still isn’t open!!!!!
Well zero stars is not an option. This Chipotle has always been one of the worst I’ve been to. I’ve been in there where every single person in line has had to ask for more rice multiple times. I tried ordering on the app once, my bowl was no joke only half full. Clearly I’ll never make that mistake again so I call today to see if I can order in the store (so I can supervise them making my food) and the first thing their recording says is “We’re open for dine in” so I head to the store to find that the only way I can order is through their app for a pickup order!!! Is it really that hard to make sure your voice recording is up to date!!!!!!!!! This is clearly something people call about a lot and for you to not update it as your store changes is ridiculous!!!!!!

This chipotle felt gross to be in. There was food and trash all over the tables and floors. The staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing or care about their service. I left feeling like I was going to get sick from the food by how dirty it was in there. Will avoid this location!
