Every experience I’ve had here is disappointing. They always give 95% rice on my bowls. They even skimp on the beans now. Like half a spoon of meat. Once I ordered online and the bowl was legitimately half empty. Inconsistent service. You aren’t getting your money’s worth. It doesn’t seem like a lot of people eat inside but I wouldn’t either, it never really looks like they wipe the tables down or care much for cleaning. Also, they close at 10pm but don’t bother going in at or close to 9PM. They don’t refill anything and you’re pretty much getting the scraps of any toppings that are there.

Went to go grab a burrito and bowl at around 7:30pm. The wait was long. I was not the only one complaining in the line. The music was inappropriate. Employees were not organized, the trash bins were full and soda vendor machines had straws all over it. Nobody clean or wiped tables down. I saw 7 employees while I was there. Maybe they need more training because my customer service was not pleasant at all. I wasn’t even greeted. I will not be going to this location again for chipotle.

8/20/2023 I got a hair in my chicken bowl while at work and no time to return it because I’m at work I got so frustrated about the hair I just tossed in the trash my co worker said say something or you out food and cash so I did I was in contact with chipotle and Lenny G was not helpful and had smart remarks in the typing..All I wanted was to get a new bowl or refund but chipotle took me thru the ringer over a chicken bowl that had short black hair inside I say skip chipotle and go to a rival of there that will want you to keep coming back but to my 35,000 followers in Minnesota I’ll keep y’all updated on what happens

I received someone else’s order that was a pick-up apparently. The app and customer service is terrible. I got credit for my 2 meals and app that I didn’t receive. Now here is the kicker you can only use 1 at a time which I think is ridiculous since I already spent the money and can only get 1 meal which means I have to spend even more money to get what I originally ordered. So what should of been only $40 ended up costing me another $100 in food somewhere else because I was afraid this was going to happen again and be stuck with more credit that I can’t use together. There should be an exception for people who never received their food to use more then one coupon. Nice trick chipotle next time I will just go through doordash at least you will get credit for what i didn’t receive and be able to use it right away.

I ordered a burrito. At the end of the line the person wrapping my burrito did not even close the burrito. Just rolled it up with the food spilling out. The cashier mentioned to him that he was getting better? I stopped him and told him that burrito should have never went out the door and that if I did accept it, it would have spilled out on the floor when I opened it. He unwrapped it a bit and yes the food was spilling out. The cashier mentioned he was in training at which time I said it was still not acceptable. Its not the mistake its what you do after. She lectured me on talking down to him when I was actually talking to her. Normally I only give 3 strikes. This location is on like 10 due to my former love of chipolte. I originally stopped going there due to their lack of sanitation mostly during covid. This was me trying them out again. FAIL Stay away

This store is always hot or miss, today it was miss. Ordered a burrito bowl with fajita veggies and the green peppers were barely cooked and no onions. They also for got to put on both orders of chips. If I have to pay 45$ for my food I expect to get everything I ordered and it cooked properly. The also included core pieces from the lettuce. If wouldn’t eat this bowl , then don’t expect a paying customer to eat it!

The food was great, portions were generous, staff was friendly. However, FYI to other parents – there is NO changing table in the bathroom, and the floor was FILTHY so I had to wrestle a new diaper on my (surprisingly strong) 1yo while doing an awkward half-squat and thanking my lucky stars it was just a wet diaper. Definitely not an easy feat. I thought it was code to have a changing table in every restroom. If they fixed that, it would be a 5 star experience!

Not sure how long my mobile order set there behind the counter instead of on the to-go shelf, but once I finally went and asked on an update and got my food, it was barely warm, not to mention the stale chips. New chicken al pastor is pretty good, though.
