’m a long-time regular at this Chipotle and usually have great experiences with the staff. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was the worst I’ve had.
The employee who identified herself as the general manager refused a simple request that has been accommodated for me for the past three years (a double bowl to prevent sogginess). Her attitude was hostile from the start, and when I calmly tried to explain, I was dismissed and told to “go get the complaint cards from in front of the register” if I wanted to complain. She then ignored me and walked away.
I left without food and had to make dinner elsewhere. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this location anytime soon, or at least not while this individual is working. This review is not about the rest of the staff, who are usually excellent

Ordered ahead through the app, and when I got home and opened the bag, my burrito looked a little small. Turns out they didn’t put the rice or beans in it.

I had a really frustrating experience at this Chipotle. The staff was extremely rude simply because I ordered five bowls. I was standing in line ordering for multiple people, which shouldn’t be a problem at all. Instead of doing their job, they told me I had to order online just because I ordered more than one meal.
On top of that, they kept making mistakes with the order, and I didn’t even feel confident that it was correct by the time I left—I hadn’t even opened it yet. If I’m paying and ordering in person, why am I being pushed to order online? Aren’t businesses supposed to be happy customers are spending money?
This whole situation was ridiculous and unnecessary. I will never be coming back to this location again.

Portions were quite disappointing and none of the staff spoke English which was frustrating. Nobody said hello back to me or even smiled. Just a get your slop and get out type of deal.

It was a good atmosphere but my issue was the amount of portions and greediness of this chipotle. I was in line when I saw a guy in front of me asking for more rice in his burrito. Then I asked for my bowl and white rice then the lady taking my order gives me one spoon fool and says she can’t give me more because the rice was about to run out (which wasn’t true because their was plenty of rice being made in the back) then another lady behind the desk backs her up saying the same thing. I was very upset and do not recommend this chipotle. SMH!

Portion size is terrible at this location. Small Mexican woman (no judgment, just description) was rationing everyone as if we were in a famine. I go to Chipotle at least once a week and this was my first time at this location and this has never been an issue. Two people ahead of me, verbally complained about this. Go to another Chipotle for a better bang for your buck.

I went to pick up a door dash order and the worker had a bad attitude. I asked for a side of sour cream for the customer and the worker told me if the customer didn’t add it to the app they couldn’t have it and I explained that customer wasn’t able to do it on the app. The manager walked over and I re-explained the situation and managed told me no because it costed so I offered to pay for it myself and the manager then proceeded to tell me stand in line for the the side of sour cream . The worker that I originally had come in contact with was helping everyone in line then proceeded to walked off once I made it to the front of the line leaving the manager to check me out for the sour cream. I will no longer be coming to this location again the service Is terrible and I didn’t deserve to experience the treatments and attitudes from them. I expected more from the manager of all people.

I can’t count how many times I’ve been to this Chipotle in St Anthony and almost always receive meager portions for online orders. I see dozens of other comments reflecting the same. I’m not asking for the bowls to be overflowing, but they should at least be to the top considering the average price per meal is $10 or more. Then they have the nerve to ask for a pre-tip on the app before I receive my order? I’ve been coming to this location for years, but after tonight I’m done with this location and will find somewhere else to buy dinner out with family. Doesn’t sound like any Chipotle in the area is any better, so probably time to give up on Chipotle altogether until they actually give a rip about the product they serve to customers.

Quality of food isn’t in question. 2nd time in two weeks my online order was messed up. First time it was a bit off and I paid it no mind. It’s lunch hour and I know the crew is busy. But today’s was unacceptable. I order on the app because it’s convenient for me to grab it and get back to work. Half my order was missing and all the AI chat bot could tell me was ‘talk to someone at the restaurant ok bye!’ The photo shows what I saw when I opened my order. Over half of what I ordered is missing, not to mention he near 3 bucks extra I paid for my guac. This is ridiculous.

I stopped by at lunch rush today and even though it was very busy, the staff were polite, worked as quickly as possible, and I was in and out in minutes. What a great crew! Good job folks!
