I have been coming to this chipotle instead of others in the skyway because of the atmosphere and because the food usually tastes better!
However the last 2 times I have been I have been disappointed with the food. These are supposed to be quesadillas. With peppers… there were maybe 3 peppers on the whole thing and no tortilla.

Worst portions and waiting times it takes 30 minutes to get to order and they skim you on everything especially the protein and the supervisor or manager short white male w ponytail is rude and dismissive and sometimes the rice and beans are undercooked not the best location at all I would choose chipotle every other day if it was better at this location side note at least it encourages me to try other places within distance ♂️

I told the employee I had a pick up order. Employee on the line didn’t even bother to check if it was done just said it will be ready soon and that they ran out of chips and had me wait for 3 minutes before figuring out it was on the counter the whole time.

Pretty disappointed. Door dashed a chipotle bowl, ordered double Barbacoa and arrived with hardly any meat. $17+ dollar bowl. Do not recommend this location.

bro working the cash register on 4/29 around 12;30-1pm needs an attitude adjustment BIG time. i used my free entree reward today & i guess that didn’t cover the queso. i didn’t realize that until i went to get water, when the cashier called me “bud” and told me to come back and pay. that’s no big deal but he had a serious attitude/rude tone when speaking to me.
when i opened my wallet, my building ID for my office fell out (didn’t realize this until after i left) and when i returned to get it, he had thrown it in the garbage and then pretended to go look for it when i asked. he then lied and said they did not have it. now i have no way of getting into my office until i can get a replacement.

Sorry for the bad review but we ordered 4 kid meals. We realized after we didn’t get the chips or drink that come with it, As a matter of fact, since one of our kids didn’t know where be fountain drinks were, the guy at the register gave her a bottle of soda which she got charged for. I didn’t bother to call or go back because the young guy at the register told one of the young guys doing the food that there wasn’t enough queso in my container to which he said, it’s fine, give it to her… so I figured what was the point…Ugg. The attitude was basically, we don’t care. The food was good! That’s one positive.

This location loses customers by never opening on time. I always see people waiting and leaving before this location finally opens its doors at around 11am instead of the advertised 10:30am. Before 11am, employees can be seen preparing and only serving online orders by peeking open the door every now and then. I went by the other day to grab chips and queso (not a big ask) but was told that I would have to make an online order. I simply left, since its very tedious and prices are higher on the app.
