At Chris Rooney Home Experts, we’re grateful to have a Chipotle close by. Unfortunately, our experiences at this location haven’t always been great. The service can be quite inconsistent, with some staff members being friendly and helpful, while others seem to not care. As for the food, it’s typical Chipotle fare, nothing particularly special. Management doesn’t appear to have a firm grasp on the operations and long delays for orders is not uncommon. All in all, we’ve had an average experience at this Chipotle location.

The staff was super friendly and helpful! When I was getting my food, Nihar was there to take my order and was super kind and patient. There was a good amount of people in the store and he was tasked with this big line, but he handled it like a pro! He made sure every customer got what they wanted and even picked up calls even when there was others who could’ve taken the call. I just want to give him a big shoutout for making my experience there superb and would come back just for his service!

Honestly the worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had. I’ve never seen steak so incredibly dried out. It was clearly left out for hours and very overcooked, much like beef jerky. Both kids meals were missing chips AND milk.

Second time I went here and they were out of dressing. If you serve salads you should have the dressing you have on your menu. The responses of the staff were our blenders broken or were just out. They did give me 50% of my bowl. Only cause I asked. I offered to pay for 2 co workers lunch and was excited for my salad and now I don’t even want to eat it. Just upset. I rarely get to enjoy a meal due to be so busy at work or taking care of my 7 month old in the evening. I don’t have money to waste. Super frustrated.

Not the best experience. Parking lot is busy, it shares with other popular restaurants. Staff seem pretty tired. I came about an hour before closing. Chipotle seems to always have system malfunctions, this particular time the credit card system didn’t work even though it worked for me. Food was standard. I’d have too come again to see if its a normalcy to provide give bad customer service or it was a bad night. I’ll return for sure.

Terrible experience. If you plan to order from this location do not do via online order. Everytime I have gone here my order is either wrong or very small portions. Go to the chipotle on 42 instead.

I haven’t had Chipotle’s since December of 2021. Tried going once during Covid and they were only taking online orders and it was busier then hell already! The service was very friendly!! Our food was very good, but have to admit that chipotle is not what it was when they first opened in the Twin Cities area.

It is extremely frustrating going to this location and always having the doors locked. I ordered my food ahead of time this go round and I waited in the drive thru line for 30 minutes with absolutely no movement. Doors were locked, so that means the only orders to make were all of the people waiting in the drive-thru line. I love chipotle but will never come to this location again.

I’ve frequented my local Chipotle on several occasions, typically around 7:30-8 pm, and each visit leaves me questioning if it will be my last. While the establishment closes at 10 pm, the state of cleanliness and order at this time is consistently questionable.
