Online order was 15 minutes late to come out. They were busy so understandable. The food was horrible though. My chicken bowl had a very small amount of chicken. This is the last time I will eat Chipotle.

We ordered 3 burritos bowls via DoorDash tonight. What a disaster! Total incompetence there at Chipotle tonight. All 3 bowls had labels on with the correct ingredients we ordered. When we opened up the steak bowl it was pork with fajita vegis. That was completely wrong. The chicken bowl had cheese and corn and no salsas. Totally wrong as well, no corn or cheese ordered on that. This is total lack of attention to detail! There are mistakes but this is ridiculous. We will never order again.

I ordered four bowls from Chipotle to go, and all of them had undercooked rice, making the meals inedible. This was extremely disappointing.
What made the situation worse was the inability to reach a live representative. I was directed to submit a complaint online, but after multiple attempts the form would not go through.
Overall, this was a very frustrating experience due to both the poor food quality and the lack of an accessible way to resolve the issue. Chipotle needs a more reliable system for customers to report problems and receive assistance.

I love having chipotle here and the workers are normally polite but there’s this worker in particular that has never given me a nice experience. She is a short older women with badly red dyed hair. She always keep saying things about me specially calling me broke in Spanish not knowing I know Spanish.

Inconsistent quality of service and availability of food options. My last experience I showed up at 7:40 to order food and when I asked if more steak was being made, he said that was it for the night… they are open till 11pm. I find it hard to believe no one else would be ordering steak in the next 3 hours. I also ordered a salad and it wasn’t until I was ready to pay that he informed me there was no salad dressing. I would have ordered something different had I been told upfront there wasn’t salad dressing for my salad. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience at the Burnsville location. I enjoy the food, but the quality of service and lack of food options is a huge reason I don’t eat here often.

lady in purple hair skimps out a LOT! asked for extra pico and she only gave me less than 1/4 of a scoop, so i asked for more. she only gave me a spoon tip full of pico… only like 8 pieces of tomatoes. so i asked for more bc what the heck. same thing, only a spoon tip full. i asked two more times and she moved me onto the next part because she seemed annoyed that i was asking for more than a spoon TIP full of pico. i told her the rest of my order, but when i asked for the guac on the side, she goes “i’m asking for what’s on the bowl”. very rude and unprofessional. you asked for my order so i’m giving you my order. she didn’t even give me my guac so i just let it be because she wasn’t listening anyways. not worth talking to someone who won’t listen

I checked with the app the store hours which say they are open from 10:45 AM to 11 PM and I arrived at their location and the door even says they’re open from 10:45 AM to 11 PM and guess what the doors were locked

When I went in to pick up my order the restaurant dining room was filthy and unkept. This should have been a warning as to cleanliness of the area where my food was prepared.
After finding hairs in multiple entrees and a STICK WITH A LEAF, the entire order for multiple people went into the trash.
I have been coming to the Burnsville location for over 20 years and will never go back after my most recent experience.

We would’ve been better off throwing our $47 in the garbage tonight. We ordered delivery through the app. All food looked like it had been shaken and thrown against a wall before arriving at our house. Soggy. Tiny portions. lettuce was wilted and nasty. They forgot kids drinks and a side of chips. Terrible. Won’t ever order again from any chipotle. This is not the first time with a terrible experience from this location.

Whoever was doing the online orders on February 20th around 6:30 PM did not put anywhere near the advertised portion size. Im not one to usually write reviews but my bowl wasnt even halfway filled up. I paid for two bowls and they messed both of them up. DO NOT go here if you want to get your moneys worth.
