I admit that it’s been several years since I have dined in at Elk River Chipotle and was a little concerned with so many negative reviews. But, my recent experience with a friend was excellent. I got the Chicken bowl with many of the ingredients offered. My friend got more chicken on his bowl and I said something (being funny) and the server added more chicken. All the staff were very friendly. Tables were clean and the restaurant overall, very clean. Our bowls and experience dining in was very positive. We only waited two minutes to be served.

So I place a mobile order and I got 2 bowls and when I pick up my bowl later that day it’s almost empty like they’re rationing their food. It’s not that deep just fill my bowl up and figure it out. This happens every time and idk why y’all are hiring people who don’t fill the bowl up.

I ordered a pick up order to save some time but that was a mistake! I waited an extra 30 minutes for a pick up order that didn’t even have everything with it.. I’m glad I checked my bag before I left! They look like they need better management. The trash was filled so full it was going up the wall and just about every table was dirty! It was not only terrible service but the atmosphere was dead. If the front of the store looked the way it did i can’t imagine what the back looked like! Definitely will not be back to this location. Now I see why it has bad ratings.

This place was great until a few months ago. Ordered a few times recently and gotten poor experiences. The blonde who was sweeping didn’t acknowledge me (at the counter) for at least two minutes until I asked if they were open. She then said “yes, give me a few minutes.” They hire anyone now

Chipotle Elk River is going downhill quickly…..
We haven’t eaten there in a while because of subpar food. We chose to have it again with hopes of better. We are more disappointed than ever. I’ve been to other stores that practically overfill your bowl, not here. For the price you pay you should get more than to the top of the bowl especially when ordering extra of many of the ingredients. I made the mistake of ordering the new side sauce…Chimichurri. In my opinion it was disgusting. We also ordered chips. That was the biggest disappointment yet. They tasted like they were 3 days old or cooked in very old oil. They were chewy and salted to the point of being inedible. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the food itself was alright tasting for what you get. Please do better or bring in people that take pride in the job they are hired to do.

One of the sorriest, dirtiest chipotle locations I’ve been to. Literally scraping the bottom of the pans after I asked if they had any more beans or fajitas ready. Response was they’re cooking…I can see the new pan behind you on the counter? My wife had more black bean juice than beans. A better response would have been, “I’ll have more in a minute if you’d like to wait?”. We would have.

Food here has been out so long it looks dry and crusty on top. Small portions equivalent to half scoops. Corn salsa was so cold seemed almost frozen. I would recommend a different chipotle location

I will never eat at this Chipotle in Elk River. So dirty and gross. Why aren’t this employees not cleaning up and replacing the food. Health inspectors need to come to this location asap. Don’t eat here. Unless you want to get sick.

Food is sometimes great but more often it’s not. The portions they serve are wildly inconsistent so if you’re like me and order for pickup you never know what you’re going to get. Sometimes the bowl is full but most times it’s half empty with just scraps of the ingredients you order. This last time I went in to order my bowl in person so I could ensure I actually get what I order, I’m the only person in line while I waited almost 10 minutes before I was finally helped because the employees were just standing there talking to each other. By the time they got to me a line had formed behind me. They made my bowl and slid it to the register so I could pay but then proceeded to go back and make everyone else’s food behind me before letting me pay for my food so I could leave while my bowl sat on the counter for another 10 minutes getting cold.

I went there yesterday, and the guy that was preparing. The food was so disgusting wiping his face his nose then he went and checked me out at the register. Didn’t take his gloves off didn’t wash his hands didn’t put on new gloves, then went and prepared the next customers food it was absolutely disgusting. It made me not even eat my burrito.
