I have been a Chipotle customer from Colorado, when the company originally started in the early 2000s. It’s always been my favorite leading up till now. The last six years here in Dubuque, Iowa, I have had the worst service more than ever since it opened in Colorado. Tonight was the worst. We have young kids who don’t know what they’re doing closing shop early and nothing to serve customers. I had a customer in front of me, including me, and three customers behind me. They were completely out of cheese, corn, all chicken, and it was only 9:25pm. Shop closes at 10pm???? Right??? They turned off all the heaters, so everything was cold, and was pretty much cleaned up in the back area. What happened to customer service???? I paid $34 for nothing…, and I know to burrito bowls, side tortillas, chips, and guac do not cost $34. As far as I know, there was no manager there at that hour, no offered receipt, I also scanned my QR code off my app, and nothing was recorded. See the picture to prove it. Chips and guac and hardly anything in either bowl. When I first ordered, I asked for tortillas on the side for each bowl. The young man placed tortillas over the bowl and was about to fill the bowl with the tortilla inside the bowl. This is not a chipotle. This place needs to be shut down or changed dramatically with how they have been running it for the past, however many years. Pancheros is my new customer, good job chipotle and whoever is running the franchise. You’ll continue losing great customers on the way this franchise is being run.

We drove 30 minutes to eat chipotle we arrived at 8pm they only had steak, I said ok give me steak salad he puts little of everything, like very little. I ask for extra rice, and what a big mistake. we drove back home and we started eating it, but everything was simple not flavor at all and the rice was so hard, they didn’t cook it well

My boyfriend ordered for me and I told him what I wanted and even sent a Pic as if I was to place an order for pick up and he got home I was so excited only to find out… it was EXTREMELY SPICY!!! god… this ruined my night
. I’m so mad!!! What the heck I’m simple but for once I wanted to try fajita vegetables as I was told they are non spicy but I can just smell the spice after opening the top. I’m HEARTBROKEN! I ordered white rice chicken sour cream lettuce cheese tomato and (for once fajita veggie) but … what the hell!!!

I love Chipotle, but this specific location is not the best. I ordered online because I was getting a quesidillia and I ordered fajita veggies in my quesidillia but when I got it there was none in it. instead I had tomato salsa as a side with it which I did not ask for. my boyfriend went up to the front and said something about it, which the women claimed they dont put fajita veggies in the quesidillia so she gave him a side of it. she was very nice but I’ve been going to Chipotle for a while now and they have always put the fajita veggies in the quesidillia and even on the app it says “additional add ins” for the fajita veggies. another time in the past my rice was undercooked. always dirty tables unless you go in the morning and trash is normally overfilling. still love Chipotle but not the best location unfortunately.

Zero toilet paper in bathroom (waited forever to get response to fix, left roll on shelf in hallway), heaping garbage, no steak, no queso (sorry will take too long to make), no corn (not today), rude servers who barely spoke, sprite was empty and all we got was “sorry”. Paid full price for burritos that were half the size. Will NEVER stop here again.

The food tasted okay, but the service from the employees and the inside of the restaurant was terrible. Floors were absolutely disgusting and none of the tables were cleaned. The soda machine was leaking water from the ice machine. The other drinks were spilling all over and into the silverware storage.
I could not get the attention from employees for different silverware also.
They put so much stuff in my burrito (which is okay) but it was so mushy and I couldn’t really eat it without it spilling everywhere.
I got here around 1:30pm on a Saturday.

The night crew is always rude. I went in to place an order and asked for both rice and extra and the guy gave me a bunch of brown rice and a baby scoop of white rice, so I asked for more white rice and he gave me a confused look like he didn’t understand what I was asking for. Then I got home and went to grab my bowl out of the bag and the lid wasn’t placed on all the way so my food dropped everywhere. Tried calling customer service but they kept on transferring my call to multiple stores that wasn’t even in Iowa. Normally love chipotle but they have gotten really really sloppy and very rude.

I often eat at Chipotle and usually the experience is a good one. I sent in an online order and when I arrived I was immediately disgusted by how dirty the entire restaurant was, and they were not busy. The area in which they prepare food was so dirty with food all over the prep area. While I was waiting for my order, I watched one of their line cooks stick his hand in his pants for a quick scratch and then went right back to assembling an order. Keep in mind he did not have gloves on either before or after the “pants” incident. Once I saw this I asked to speak to a manager. The manager and I spoke and she was very nice, and said she would handle the issue immediately. She kindly refunded my order and was equally disappointed in her staff.

Came on Sunday at 12:15pm. About 6 people in line and 2 seated. Only had chicken ready otherwise will be a wait. No ice in soda machine. All tables dirty. All trash were full. No paper towels in men’s restroom. Just can’t understand why it’s the customers responsibility to bring these issues up. Must be the obvious lack of management. Sorry, won’t be back.
