Ariana is a family-owned Afghan restaurant where you can truly feel the love put into the food. The mother is the main cook and uses authentic family recipes, which makes every dish special.
The wait is a bit longer than at a typical American restaurant, but it is absolutely worth it. The food is some of the best I’ve ever had.
Highly recommend starting with the eggplant paste appetizer. it’s outstanding. Their lavash bread is incredible. The meat dishes and kebabs are flavorful, tender, and perfectly cooked. And don’t skip dessert – the baklava is amazing!

It was our first time trying Afghan cuisine and we loved it. The flavors were lighter than Indian and middle eastern but brought out the natural flavors of the ingredients. The lamb shanks had meat falling off the bone and blending so well with the fluffy brown rice. We were served by Tabish who was wonderful the whole time, and such a joy to chat with. Definitely coming back.

This was our first time at Ariana and having Afghan food. It was a great experience and yummy food! We had the mantu, banjan and the Uzbeki Palau. The lamb was so tender. Ask for the garlic sauce to go with it. We will definitely be back!

The food tasted fresh, amazing and authentic. The bread and sauce were also amazing ti have with the food. The rice was also fresh.
The place itself was very clean, contemporary and smooth. The seatings were spacious, convenient and comfortable.
The service was amazing, Tabish who helped us was very friendly and helpful. Asking us if everything was alright and responding immediately when called upon. Also explaining us the differences between food, as it was our first time trying Afghan food.
There is also enough free parking spaces as well, which makes it even more convenient.
Overall, great experience with tasty food, great service and a convenient place!

Really good food and large portions. My mixed grill dinner can easily feed 2 people. I like the decorations and atmosphere. Not loud at all. A great family restaurant with amazing food.

The food was decent but not as flavorful as another restaurant that I have been to. The Mantu was the best part of the meal. I would return to try other dishes, so I recommend trying this place out.

What unforgettably delicious food! The meats, rices and breads are truly divine, bursting with subtle flavors. The lamb is so tender; literally falls off the bone. We thoroughly enjoyed the Uzbek Pulau with lamb, chicken koobideh kabob, the delectable mint sauce and yogurt dip, warm and cushiony breads, and black tea with hints of cardamon. This was my first time enjoying Uzbek/Afghan cuisine and it really amazed me. If you’re thinking it may be spicy like Indian food, it is not; it’s just sublimely unique unto itself, full of flavor and very healthy. I could tell the food is prepared with love and a commitment to quality. The decor is beautiful, a real conversation piece. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Truly cannot wait to be back.
