Smaller portions than normal… Most food containers were almost empty and looked very dried out (this was 6:30pm on a Saturday)… Drink area and garage was filthy… Both my daughter and I’s stomaches didn’t last 20 minutes after eating here unfortunately

Edit, Edit; not getting any better! Someone in my family loves chipolte and the other locations are about 20 minutes away so they go here for convenience. I wish someone from the company would do a quality control check on this spot. New picture added of the “Quesadilla” recently purchased. Embarrassing…. nothing but tortilla (yes that’s layers of tortilla) a few strands of meat and a vegetable slice or two. Please, save us from this chipolte location. And yes, I’ve submitted emails and reviews to the company. We’ve been abandoned.

The General Manager Jeremy is absolutely phenomenal. if there is any issue regarding an order, he will make sure it is corrected. My go to order is a steak bowl, and the steak is always cooked great! I’ve never had any issues with them! Keep up the great work!

I got terrible food poisoning. At one point, while my body was having its diabolical gastric exorcism, I was praying to every god I could think of to end the torture. Please if you value keeping your insides on the inside, don’t eat here. Unless you need to prep for a colonoscopy, then this is your place.

This was by far my worst experience ever at Chipotle. It was a Sunday night which I do get it was probably a wild day but they were out of everything. and I mean everything. Including ice, cheese, lids, every meat but chicken which wasn’t actually good. Didn’t get the dressing for my salad and the man/boy who made my salad was anything but friendly. I had maybe 4 bites and threw it away. The only reason I gave 3’s even because there was a very sweet tall man who checked me out who was so lovely! And a woman in particular that looked like she was working her butt off. I NEVER leave bad reviews but as someone who is so excited to have one in Grimes, it’s a let down everytime, this was just the worst by far and I couldn’t not say something.

It started off with them being out of shredded cheese and white rice (according to the employee) on a Saturday at 8:00 PM. Employee gave me 1/4 scoop of white rice, because they “almost ran out” of white rice. After asking for more rice I got told that because they almost ran out, I could only get a small scoop. The manager stepped in and gave me some more rice. They made a deal that the queso would be free of charge instead of the shredded cheese (bonus point for the critical thinking). At the register I still got charged for the queso, so the manager stepped in once again.
Overall it seemed like the store was not well managed, employees weren’t trained, and it wasn’t organized. Got half the portions, for the full price…

When the store first opened it was great, food and service both.
Recently they’ve been out of multiple food items and the times I do order I hardly get proportionate amounts, to offset this I order double steak and I still have to ask for two full servings. This chipotle is definitely failing its community, being out of white rice and two different meat options is insane.
