We love this Chipotle and drive from Holland for it after the Holland location has disappointed us. My kids love their kids meals and they make the best quesadillas. There usually isn’t a wait and they are very thorough in their food making. It always tastes good.

Just had what was by far the best chipotle burrito I’ve ever had in my life.
I love chipotle’s food but the Holland location has let me down significantly on several occasions, with at least 4 instances of me waiting over 30 minutes for my mobile order AFTER the time it was supposed to be ready by. And don’t even get me started on the Kentwood location.
However, out of the handful of times I’ve been to this location, the food quality and serving size have been at least as good as I would expect them to be, and the chipotlane is a big plus as well. I have yet to feel jipped about the serving size of my food with mobile orders that many other locations have done, simply because the customer isn’t there watching them make it.
My experiences so far have more than justified the extra few minutes it takes to get here from my job in Zeeland as opposed to the Holland location. Please don’t let me down, Hudsonville!

– Chipotle Honey Chicken Burrito – $11.95: Amazing! HUGE! (800g/1.75lbs, yes I weighed it)
The Chipotle Honey Chicken was good. I didn’t notice the unique flavor, but I think that was because the spice I ordered with it dominated. The black beans were good quality. The Tomatillo-Red Chili Salsa was thoroughly spicy throughout the whole ordeal. I ordered sour cream and that probably made it messier with the rest. The Queso Blanco was my favorite addition! The fresh tomato salsa was fresh. The romaine lettuce was delicious, but added difficulty to eating it without it sliding around. The Fajita Veggies were grilled nicely. The brown rice was hearty and added great texture. I had it double wrapped and that not only helped keep it together solidly, but added to the flavor nicely.
Overall, the burrito was solid, hearty, and had a healthy yet uncompromisingly good flavor.
– Chips & Queso Blanco – $4.65: Fresh and light house made chips. The chips were on the saltier side, but good. The queso cheese was zesty, mildly spicy, and delicious. You get 4 oz of chips and 4 oz of cheese which is just about the right ratio.
Work catered for us and they got our order spot on. This location very recently opened and they are very much on top of things!
– Conclusion: I would HIGHLY recommend this restaurant for take out. The burrito was amazing!

I don’t write this lightly. I try to be fair and understanding with my ratings. I’ve never ordered from this location since it was built until today.
I ordered via DoorDash. And they got literally every item slightly wrong. The quality was terrible.
Ordered 2 orders of chips and queso. They included the queso. No chips. DoorDash confirmed they delivered all that was in the single bag.
Ordered a bowl with multiple toppings missing. Ordered with chicken. They literally put only 3 pieces of chicken in the bowl… the chicken and rice were very cold.
Ordered a burrito with steak, brown rice, queso. The queso was missing. The brown rice was undercooked and cold.
Absolutely the worst experience at chipotle. For the price, this was insanely terrible quality. I really hope this location picks up the slack and I’ll update my rating but this is insane..
The driver even delivered it to me within 15m. There is no way the rice was warm even when served immediately.

The food is great, the servers were sweet and helpful, and it was a solid experience. If you like chipotle, this is a Chipotle, and you will like it. If, though, your full experience relies on that quirky, exposed-beam and black painted ceiling, then the pole-barn interior vibe might throw you off. But rest assured, the food is great. And don’t worry, the music is still exactly what you expect.

Ordered on the app and arrived at the scheduled time. We seemed to inconvenience the lady at the window when we pulled up because she couldn’t find our order… it hadn’t been started yet.
After waiting to have the food prepared the potion sizes were laughable. The bowls were barely half full with a few shreds of cheese thrown over the top.
Go literally anywhere else… you’ll thank me.

Bad lettuce in burrito Bowl see pics. Also didn’t have the kids quesadillas in stock but offered us a regular shell one then tried charging us full price for it. Also no lids for the kids meals. They ended up giving us a refund after we pushed back twice. We went regardless of the reviews but I’m not sure we will go back for a while unfortunately.
