This was my first time visiting this Chipotle location after moving to the neighborhood, and I was beyond disappointed — honestly, I left feeling frustrated and speechless
The atmosphere inside the store was dirty, depressing, and downright unwelcoming. The staff looked like they absolutely did not want to be there. No one acknowledged customers properly, and they responded to questions with silence or apathy. I’ve never experienced such universally bad service from an entire team. It was truly shocking
I ordered exactly what I usually get from other Chipotle locations, but the portion was noticeably smaller — almost half of what I normally receive. On top of that, I specifically asked for no sour cream, and they still added it
I don’t know who’s managing this location, but it’s clear there’s a serious lack of oversight and care. This was one of the worst fast-casual dining experiences I’ve had in years

Alex. R goes above and beyond. I’ve been coming to this location for a while . I see Alex when I leave the gym and he always take care of me and my fiancé. He’s respectful, even under a lot of pressure. He makes sure you understand everything and also very time Efficient.

This was our first time at this location (1/26/26). The girl that made our burritos was very nice and she did a good job at making sure all the toppings were evenly laid out so every bite would have everything. She was very good at getting the burrito rolled perfect which MOST of the time is a hot mess and it rips or is super sloppy on the outside. The only 2 complaints was we had our 10 year old daughter with us and the guy employees were conversing and cussing loud enough for our daughter to hear them and the floor and most of the tables were quite dirty with food. The girl deserves a raise and the guys need to be more professional ♀️

The place was busy as expected for 1pm, however the service was abysmal. For starters their drink machine isn’t working so I couldn’t get anything. The employee preparing my wife’s burrito was spilling food everywhere and leaving the entire prep counter a mess. The rolling on the burrito was extremely rushed and messy, with leftover food from other orders being stuck to it. The burrito fell apart as she ate due to poor wrapping

Extremely disappointed with Chipotle Mexican Grill in Novi. The portions are ridiculously small, and they’re constantly out of basic ingredients. For the prices they charge, it’s unacceptable. The customer service is just as bad — no greeting, no eye contact, no communication. Asking a simple question gets you a blank stare like you’re the problem.i had to ask employee at the register how much my bill was. This location seriously needs new management.

Every time I come to this location, I think her name is Cindy (the very nice Asian lady), is on shift, the food is ON POINT. She crushes it every time . For work I am in 5 to 6 different cities per day and any time I order from a different location I’m disappointed. Cindy is literally the ONLY person who, when I see is working, I will order chipotle. She is also so very sweet and kind and makes you feel welcomed in the establishment. Before she worked there I would avoid the novi location as if it was kryptonite, but now, that’s the ONLY location I go to only if she is working. Cindy is the best thing that has ever happened to this location. Please chipotle, treat her accordingly, this is more than likely you best employee in the entire state. And I really mean that.

This place was the dirtiest restaurant I’ve ever been to. Every table was dirty, the floor was dirty, the bathrooms were dirty.
No ice for the fountain drink, and when we asked for ice, we got a dirty look from the female employee. There were plenty of employees working to make sure this place was clean, but I would say that not one of them cared at all.
On top of all this, there was an employee on her phone while working. No class at all.
This not only will keep me from going to this location, but this experience will keep me out of any chipotle restaurant ever again. Do better.

There used to be a time when you would finish all your food because it was so good. Now you finish it not because it’s good, but because it costs so much you have to in order not to feel bad about the price. Quality has gone way down! The basic white rice used to be so good but now it’s mushy and has no taste. Hadn’t been to chipotle in months before this due to bad quality but gave it another shot at a different location and same result. Better off just going bed hungry then paying for this.

Hey family this is the second Chipotle ever that I had to give a low rating without hesitating at all, due to the disappointing customer service and lackluster ability to serve customers at all
They didn’t hardly have any food ready and it was 30 minutes before closing time. This is definitely the fault of the manager and his staff. One guy was trying to order more food from the kitchen and he was greatly being ignored
They even had a guy mopping the floor in front of the line servers who was trying to serve food they didn’t have ready
This was definitely the D Team working tonight
The restaurant look like the staff just didn’t care at all especially with the dirty tables that no one attended to

The staff was friendly and ready to help. I needed to go back to the counter after ordering to ask for something and the staff behind the counter were very attentive to my needs.
The facility is clean and the food seemed fresh.
