I stopped at this Chipotle during a busy workday just to grab a quick lunch, and unfortunately it wasn’t a great experience.
The line moved quickly, which I appreciated, and the staff were neutral but helpful. Not overly friendly, but not rude either. I ordered a steak bowl with brown rice and lettuce and a tractor lemonade. The steak had quite a bit of fat and gristle, which made it hard to enjoy.
The chips were honestly the worst part of the food. They were stale, and some of them weren’t even greasy or oily — they were literally soaking wet with something watery. It was strange and definitely not fresh.
The biggest issue for me was cleanliness. The bathroom requires a code, so I had to wait in line just to get access. When I finally got in, it was dirty, had no toilet paper, and there were several piles of what looked like feces on the bathroom floor. It also looked really dry — like it had been there for a while. That was extremely concerning. I didn’t even use the restroom. I left and went next door instead.
Overall, I would not recommend this location. Speed is great, but food quality and cleanliness matter more.

I ordered a cheese quesadilla for pickup. They were out of fajita veggies so didn’t get that, not a huge deal but then I get home and there’s literally NO CHEESE in it. So it’s just a toasted flour tortilla?! What the heck. I’ve heard bad things about pick up for chipotle instead of ordering at the store, but first time trying it. Never again. What a waste of $11

Dont eat at this disgusting place. I ordered a burrito bowl for my young son and it was barely a drop of food in it. In fact, it looked like it was rummaged through with a fork! Customer service sucks! They transfer you thorough a system, and don’t even have a way you can talk to a store manager. I will never ever spend another dollar on Chipotle. Trash customer service, trash service, trash food!

I’ve had bad experiences here in the past, but today was phenomenal. Staff was friendly, everything was stocked, and the bowl i got was phenomenal. I dunno if they changed something, but they’re starting to do things right. (forgot to take a picture before I shook it, it didn’t come like this)

They suck. It’s lunch rush and they legit have a line full and one person working the line!!! As you can see from my pic there is only one person on the line. When did fast food on lunch become a 20-30 min wait?

The food is good. That’s their saving grace.
Had some food picked up since the online menu (including DoorDash) said that rice was not available. Between ordering food and cashing out, the attitude and behavior of the workers just screamed “I don’t want to be here” and wanted to do as little work as possible.

There was an extremely long wait. Didn’t make it known or expressed things they were out of. Rice was crunchy; and the portion was extremely off.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Given this place the benefit of the doubt too many times but this is absolutely ridiculous. Staff obviously does not want to be there, and the portions are even worse. Paying full price for a meal here is a donation, will never be back again.

Went lastnight thinking I was going to get some great food most definitely probably the worse chipotle in Michigan. Very rude, as you can see very unsanitary, didn’t even make the bowl right. Do not come here !!
