We love Chipotle and go to the Dearborn Ford Rd one all the time. Although this Northville location has a nice layout and more of a restaurant feel the place is filthy! Every table and seat bench was not only covered with crumbs but the booth we were next to even had caked on sauce congealed/dried on it. The floor also looked like it hadn’t been swept in awhile. It also smelled like something burned! Shame on you! And I’m not even a neat freak. The one saving grace is that the food was good. My son loved the generous queso.

They advertise that they open at 10:45. They were not done prepping food until 11:15. Multiple customers had to wait 30 minutes and they still did not have any vegetables cooked. The employee told me it would be another 1 hour wait or I could place an online order because they were ready in that station. The staff was very unfriendly. This is not the first time I have had to wait over 30 minutes for the food to be prepped and ready to place a walk in order. I highly would avoid this location.

Ignored for 5 minutes with no greeting or eye contact, even as the only customer waiting. Staff was chatting, unprofessional, and delayed my order to make their own food. Ingredients were missing, food looked old and dry, and the overall experience felt careless and rude. This location has seriously declined.

I ordered a steak bowl and I’m honestly really frustrated. The portions were tiny — barely any steak, barely any rice — and for $13 it definitely didn’t feel worth it. I even asked for extra lettuce and extra cheese, but they still gave me less than a regular portion.
On top of that, ordering online from this location is always a headache. They always mess up the order. This has happened several times: I order a steak bowl, and it seems like they run out of steak, so they just put chicken in it without even asking me. That’s unacceptable.
I don’t mind paying for good food, but between the small portions and the constant wrong orders, this location really needs to do better.

They are consistently out of food. CONSISTENTLY!!! It is unreal. When they have food, it’s great! I would recommend calling prior to see if they have what you prefer, otherwise I’d avoid this location. I used to like to go here every friday but I don’t know if I will be back

Food was the issue. Stale chips, got soft flour tortillas instead of crunchy corn shells for the tacos and soda machine either out of syrup or was replaced by diet coca cola instead of regular.

Took an Uber to get dinner. Waited 10 minutes along with 9 other customers in line when a female at the register announced they were short staffed and on line orders only. No sign on the door to let us know. I would not have gotten out of my Uber and gone to my next stop. Due to their lack of service it cost me $16 for no dinner. What kind of service is that to your customers. Complaining now because it is the 2nd time it has happened to me. A sign on the door would have been appreciated.

Disgustingly rude and condescending tone from manager when asked a simple question about a new item advertised. He then proceeded to bad talk me to another employee. He was extremely unprofessional and obviously does not handle stress well. This place has gone downhill and I truly think the manager is the reason. I will never, ever return. The place was filthy as well. Corporate really needs to give this place a visit.

The store was a bit of a mess. The condiment area was in poor condition. Overall, very mediocre experience. I dont like the fact that most Chipotle locations, like this one, have an iced tea container and a juice container; but, theyre empty. If the Company is not going to offer juices or iced tea, they should take the containers away and they shouldnt offer them on-line. This place is turning into McDonalds
