Was very disappointed to go here for the first time. They seem to give the least amount of beef even after telling them this was our first time. They failed to have a returning customer.
It cost too much to have little to no protein on the tacos. Would have gave them a 1 or 2 stars had they not let us try the beef before we committed. I almost changed my mind and didn’t purchase the food but didn’t want to be rude and make them waste what little food that they gave me. I will not be returning to this place.

I always love this place as it is one of the few “fast food” places you can go to actually get healthy fresh food. I also love the fact it has amazing options for vegetarians. While you do pay an average of $15 per person to me it is worth it (might I add, that is when adding queso and guacamole), otherwise only about $11. Without a drink. The ONLY COMPLAINT I Have ever had, and I can say it is almost any Chipotle from michigan to ohio I have ever been in, the eating areas I have been in are not very well maintained. Not terrible but not picked up. Search the area you are going to and see if I have reviewed. I will tell you! This one was not particularly dirty, but a few tables had not been cleaned and trash needed to definitely be emptied. On the plus, food was good. Employees were very friendly, and in their defense I believe they were shorthanded. Was appreciative of the ones there working.

As of 2025, worst Chipotle in A2. I’ve lost count of how many times they’ve run out of basic ingredients well before closing. The place is always short-staffed, portions are stingy, and there’s constant staff turnover. They also constantly post abrupt paper notices on their doors about payment issues or only accepting online orders; I’ve wasted so much time driving there only to leave immediately afterwards.

My final straw was their bowl leaked everywhere, soaking through the bag, messing up my car interior, and spilling out onto the pavement.

After these consistently poor experiences, I’ll be avoiding this location and honestly cutting down on Chipotle altogether. There are way better options in town -don’t waste your time or money.

I have eaten here twice the first time the food was absolutely inedible including crunchy 10% cooked rice on my burrito.

The second time was better because I did not have to throw my food away but they added way too much of the liquid ingredients and didn’t drain the items cooked in liquid.

I will not go back.

Great experience at this location! I walked right in with no line, and the staff was still incredibly friendly and efficient. I was really impressed with the portions. They didn’t skimp on the scoops at all. Easily one of the most affordable and filling meal options in the mall area. Overall, a great spot for a quick, fresh lunch!

I went to Chipotle around 4:30 PM on February 25th and experienced some of the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. After this visit, I genuinely do not plan on returning.

I had two rewards in my Chipotle app — a free entrée and a free double protein — both of which were set to expire soon. There was nothing in the app clearly stating that these rewards couldn’t be stacked. Naturally, I assumed I could use both, so I placed my order.

When I got to the register, the cashier abruptly told me I couldn’t use both rewards. Fine — no problem. I calmly said I would just use the free entrée and save the double protein reward for another time. Instead of resolving it professionally, who I assume was the manager stepped in and said, “Well, we already made it with double protein.”

That is not my fault. I had a reward for double protein, and the issue was a lack of clear communication on their end. I politely explained that I was not going to pay for double protein when I had a reward for it. The manager responded with a condescending, rude attitude and told me I could “get back in line and have it remade since we’re going to have to throw this one away.”

The tone was unnecessarily hostile and dismissive. Rather than working toward a solution, I was made to feel like an inconvenience for simply trying to use rewards the company issued to me. There was zero effort to accommodate, clarify policies respectfully, or provide even basic courtesy.

It was unprofessional, wasteful, and completely avoidable. Customers should not be spoken to in a snotty or dismissive manner for trying to use rewards that are clearly shown in the app. I left feeling frustrated and disrespected.

I will not be returning to this location.

This isn’t an exaggeration; every single order I place via app is wrong in some way. Incorrectly made (missing toppings) or completely missing entrees from the order. I’m not being dramatic when I say the last 8-10 orders I’ve placed via app have had an error. Lucky for them the food is pretty tasty.

Tasty. I usually don’t like chipotle but went here coz it was late. They ran out of guacamole and chips, I got a chicken bowl.

It was very tasty, good chicken pieces. Worth the money.

The place was disgustingly dirty, after waiting in line and getting to the front to order no one came up they just started replacing food tins not even saying it would be a moment and ignoring me. 5 minutes later when someone came up I got my order but had to wait another 5 minutes for my food. When I got home to eat it the cheese was GREASY. Disgusting and rude

Okay i get it. I really get that the minimum wage employees cannot control the prices their GM sets. Will never bother the kids just working their first job. However, the prices and portions are just ridiculous. Its incredibly frustrating to complain about because prices will never go down for anything no matter how much consumers complain, so I will just state that chipotle is no longer worth going to post-covid.
