Today I visited this location for the first time, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The way the manager, Stephanie, spoke to and treated her staff was unacceptable. She repeatedly cut them off while they were speaking, rolled her eyes, and jumped in front of them while they were preparing food. It created an uncomfortable environment and did not reflect professionalism or respect.There was a young teenage employee who appeared very frustrated, but he still tried his best to keep his composure. I hope the district manager sees this review, as I have also contacted corporate about the situation. No employee should have to work in an environment where they are treated that way in front of customers. In addition, the location was out of fajita vegetables, and the rice was overcooked—starchy, mushy, and not fluffy. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations in terms of both service and food quality. I truly hope improvements are made for the sake of the staff and future customers.

This location is by far the worse of all the Chipotle’s I’ve been to.
I walked in around 10:17pm, I was the first customer to approach the front, as I walked in I noticed a male worker, walk from behind the counter in the direction to the restroom, he’s leaning in, with the door open, speaking to whoever is inside, a few minutes past and he goes completely inside the restroom. By this time, other customers walk in. An older worker comes from the back and grab a cup and lid and proceeded to go back into the back. 10minutes later, and still NO SERVICE or is any worker to be found. Again, the back worker, comes from behind, pacing, and that’s when my patience ran completely out, I said to him, “sir, can you please go get someone who can serve us, this is so unprofessional!”, and in the midst of me saying that, a female and male worker, walks out of the SAME bathroom, in total puzzlement that WE CUSTOMERS are standing there waiting to be served. She approaches behind the counter and proceeds to say “how can I help you, and what seems to be the issue?” I responded “we have been waiting for over 15 minutes for someone to serve us, and how wrong this experience was!”
She goes on in defense mode, and insults me even further with “would you like to do my job, I can get you a job application!” I was in total disbelief considering, I’m the customer and she and her boyfriend coworker were in the complete wrong! I told her to carry on with my food and to stop talking to me, she continued to talk. I will NEVER come back to this location, the whole store needs to be revamped.
Got these disrespectful Gen Z employees, running these businesses into the dirt.

Took my daughter to get food and it was bad. I generally try to avoid this specific location, but we were already in the area. It wasn’t clean in the dinning area and they were out of lids for the portion cups. If you asked for anything on the side they covered it with aluminum foil. We definitely will not be returning. It seems that it’s being run very poorly. Overall the entire restaurant wasn’t the cleanest and the customer service is lacking.

Came on thanksgiving eve when they were extremely busy. Despite running out of rice, the employees were very friendly and composed while in such a chaotic atmosphere. Everyone kept a great attitude, cleaning during downtime, and welcoming to everyone waiting. It was my first time there and I would definitely return. I would suggest making it so you could leave a tip with a debit card.

We arrived 25 minutes after it opened and they didn’t have any rice or beans. They started making someone’s bowl without telling him they had no rice or beans. We can back about 20 minutes later and were told it would be another 30 minutes. The chairs were not taken down from the tables, there is employees stuff all over the table and chairs where people are supposed to be able to eat. Overall this was a terrible experience in all aspects.

Very dirty inside, The girl making the food on New Year’s Eve around 4/5 PM was completely rude and had a nasty attitude. They didn’t have any food prepared everything running out or didn’t have or a 30+ minute wait after telling customers it was only a 5 minute wait. Will never come here again terrible!!!!

I come to this chipotle all the time because it’s the closets to me but every time i go i always have a terrible experience thinking it will be different every time because i love giving people second chances. i went on Wednesday before thanksgiving and walking in they had a Sign that said NO steak and No CHICKEN . So when it was my turn i noticed there was chicken and i had to make sure and i asked this girl “ what kind of chicken is that” and she replied with “ it’s just chicken there’s no difference” and has the WORST nasty attitude ever i think this was my final straw because why do u have a sign and wanna be rude i asked bc i read your sign? i even asked her if i can pay for extra mind you i said PAY for extra rice and she said “ only this time because we have to be careful with the portions” ummm i’m paying extra why are you saying that to me ? she did my bowl half assed and it was just so dirty and disgusting they need a whole new staff. i definitely would not go back anymore which sucks because it’s closest to me & then she made me wait 10 minutes to cash me out to take care of two people i damn near wanted to leave my bowl but i’m not that type of person. My food was cold and the rice just felt hard/raw. Better luck next time. I found a picture of her on one of these reviews someone always made.

This is literally the worst chipotle I have ever seen. It’s always dirty. There’s no napkins or utensils. The employees just stand around and are beyond unprofessional. They leave their belongings and paperwork out where customers sit and speak poorly about people openly for everyone to hear.

I ordered two burritos they both have the wrong ingredients. It look like two large baked potatoes instead of a burrito.
I ordered brown rice and got white rice.
The steak was dry and missing fajita vegetables.

This is the saddest place I’ve ever visited.
It was about 8pm. They weren’t too busy when I came. And they ran out of lettuce.
The employee taking my order had a huge attitude asking “that it?” After each item I said. Beans… meat.. lettuce…
The cashier was texting on his phone or ordering stuff for work. Not sure but it didn’t show a good image.
It seemed like every employee here hated their job and wanted nothing to do here.
The chips I got? They weren’t fried correctly and everything was limp or too soft while eating. Wouldn’t recommend.
Just drive the extra 15-25 minutes to go somewhere else with better reviews.
They also “ran out” of ice. Then 20 minutes later an employee comes with an ice bucket to throw it in the machine.
Oh! The best part! I order a BOWL and they had no forks or spoons and didn’t even tell me that they were out.
I’m pretty sure the employees just didn’t want to restock anything at this location. The time was around 8pm on 10/23.
I’m hoping that corporate reviews this locations and either shuts it down or gets a completely different staff.
DO NOT COME HERE! Would not recommend. Even if you’re desperate. You’re better off going to the dollar tree for better customer service and getting food.
Was my meal worth $21 at this location? Absolutely not. Worst experience and you don’t get $21 worth of food or customer service.
