Very disappointed in my delivery. My pasta noodles are overcooked and it taste terrible. It doesn’t even taste like a Cajun pasta. You charge $8 for this size of soup is CRAZY!

Went for Anniversary dinner. We asked for well done steaks both steaks came back red n running blood. Ask them to remake it they took the plate back took steaks off and bring the plate back with the other food on it. They said it would be a 10/15 minute wait! It was to much back n forth with the food on the plate. By the time it came back the food was cold but steak was warm. They kept the food on same plate with blood running in mash potatoes. Broccoli was supposed to be steamed it was fresh out the ground hard. The vegetables on the original trio was burned. Again food very cold. My husband didn’t eat his food it’s still in the refrigerator he didn’t even taste it! I don’t blame him. The chips n dip was good. They told us they apologized because they had new cooks n they were messing up different orders. It was our first time there I don’t think we will be back for a while. We were very disappointed

I went and ate at this chilis Thursday and woke up the next day throwing up. I don’t know if I got food poisoning or if I got alcohol poisoning from the one margarita I had. The Cajun chicken pasta was disgusting but the strawberry patron margarita was good! The waitress was pretty good.

And honestly, I really hate to leave this review because my server he was very sweet and he was doing his best And he was very polite and grateful . But unfortunatelyMy visit here wasn’t great. The host Had a very poor communication and was very mean and unprofessional . I asked for table for two the Host told me it would be a 25-30 min wait . I said that’s fine have her my info to be notified and said I’ll wait in my car due to packed lobby area. I waited for 25 minutes and decided to go back in and seen it was clear I still hadn’t got a message yet . So another host says hello and I told her I was still waiting to be notified . Another 25 minute passes by they start seating people who came after me and I still hadn’t been called . So I go up and ask how longer would it be he she says did I check in with he with my info and I say yes . She claimed she notified me when I got no messages or anything she sat and looked at me for over 30 minutes before that which was very upsetting when you had me waiting this whole time . I’m finally seated and that waiter was nice he was doing his best. The food came out it was good but it was very low portioned and spaced out . Just was very unpleasant the hosts were really unprofessional and mean for you to sit here and look at me and I sat here for over maybe an hour when my weight was only supposed to be 25 to 30 minutes is Crazy don’t k know if I’ll be back to this location ..

We took my elderly parents out for their birthday lunch today and we were all blown away by the amazing service!! The staff was very friendly, super attentive and made my parents feel very special by bringing out birthday sundaes! We didn’t even have to tell them it was their birthdays – the server asked if it was a special occasion! The food was delicious too! Thanks for making my parents day so special!!

My son got the Triple Dipper. If it makes him smile then he is satisfied. He had the sliders, chicken and mozzarella sticks
I had the 3 for Me. Lemonade, Dip Trio & the 6oz steak with a side of street style corn. Delicious. The tortilla chips arent my favorite. Didnt care for the queso with meat, tasted like a nasty chili. Great guacamole & salsa though. Everything else was great and we were stuffed

DO Not upgrade your fries to queso loaded fries. Of our group, 3 of us did this and received all the same condition fries…hard and dried out queso. Couldn’t even use a fork to pick it up. Very disappointed from that. The burgers were good as I remember them to be from my last visits years ago. The waitress seemed flustered because when I complained about the fries, she rebutted about how busy they were. I immediately looked around the restaurant to get her to see that I saw the place was empty. I then said that it’s been about 10% capacity since we’ve been there. It was more like 25%, but she got very upset about me mentioning it. What she could have said was that there were only 2-3 waitresses total and I would have conceded. The rest of the food was good and the waitress was pleasant for the other part of the visit. We could have been a lot less disappointed and saved a lot of money if we stayed home. I must say that the manager took the fries off the bill, but they were inedible anyway. He also offered to have some fresh ones made, but we declined.

Good lunch stop – Mozzarella Sticks are huge..Everything was decent.. Did have a coors on tap and tasted as if they don’t clean their lines often.. would skip that! The $10 lunch special is worth the price.

This Chili’s never disappoints me and my grandkids. For us the service has always been excellent, the food well prepared and always hot! We remark about how great our meal and especially the service was every time we come here. We enjoy taking the extra chips and salsa home to enjoy there. One grandchild is vegetarian and loves the bean burger.
