Worst service at any Chipotle I’ve been to in MI (I’ve been to over 15). They NEVER complete online orders on time (over 4 tries). ALWAYS they will have you wait 20 to 30 minutes past your listed pick up time. To add a cherry on top, staff refuses to great you, give you updates on the food, or behave professionally. If anything, they do everything in their power to ignore you’re there so they don’t get questions on the order you should’ve picked up half an hour ago. If they can’t complete an order on time DONT TAKE MONEY FOR THE ORDERS. See photo, everyone is waiting for their ordered food or ANY service. We should all be getting our money back.

As many chipotle faithful know, you can almost tell how your meal will be when walk in. Our most recent stop, was unfortunately typical of this particular location. They didn’t have enough chicken for 2 bowls, softitas, or carnitas ready at 2pm on a sunday. They said we would have to wait 15-20 minutes. What they did instead was put about 3/4 of a typical scoop on the first bowl and about 8 pieces of the chicken in the second bowl after reassessing they would have just enough. It was a very poor meal. I’m not expecting michelin quality, but the white rice still had a crunch to it, lack of protein in the bowl, way too much salsa and sour cream, all made for a bowl I could hardly eat. Our family ate in and a woman came out to make the new chicken as the line was very long and kept saying “ugh, can I just go home,” very audibly. Then the staff disappeared to the back. The line was all the way to entry door behind us, and they were so cleaned out of prepared food that people were just leaving with the length of the line that wasn’t moving.
The biggest problem I saw was that the preparation and checkout counters were an absolute mess. Food all over. That’s the biggest red flag and you can pretty much tell how the meal will be if they are out of food, and nobody has cleaned up the counters. I don’t like to leave negative reviews, but I’m hoping that management will see this and can help encourage and correct the team to provide a better experience for future patrons.

Place is filthy. I ordered my food early and still waiting. The workers are unprepared and unprofessional clearly the manager lacks organization and leadership skills why are yall doing set up at 11:05 with a line full or people and nothings ready. If I could give less I would.!

Went during middle of lunch hour. Restaurant full of workers all busy in the back. NO ONE serving clients. When they finally started serving customers I’d been in line over 10 minutes. I videoed the experience. 3 customers walked out while waiting for them to start serving customers. Then ONLY 1 person served the line. Horrible customer service.

I was in there during the lunch rush and there was a long line. After about 10 minutes the staff said there was a 10 minute wait on chicken and steak. Everyone in front of me was waiting on those items so I asked to move in front. Once I got to the front of the line the staff ignored me. When I asked to order I was told “we are waiting on chicken and steak.” I said I wasn’t ordering that and was ignored again. The line was a wreck- the beans looked dried up and I was so mad I walked out. Incredibly rude staff who seem to think that customer service doesn’t matter. Never going here again.

I wouldn’t recommend this chipotle at all. If I could rate 0 stars I definitely would. The girl with the hideous purple hair at the register doesn’t like to do her job. I asked her numerous times was my order ready and she kept looking on the shelf behind her saying that it wasn’t ready and that they were still working on it. Another worker came out the back and I asked him about my order and he looked on the shelf and grabbed my order which was the same bag purple haired girl was looking at saying it wasn’t ready. I waited 30 minutes for my food when my app had told me it was ready about 20 minutes prior.

Firstly, employees were going very very slow during lunch service which resulted in poor management. Secondly, I was greeted with a manager yelling at an employee while on the grill during a middle of lunch service. Many people seemed upset and the dynamic shifted. I asked for both employee names and promptly contacted HR. You do not get to yell at your employees no matter what. I don’t care if they messed up badly your first option is not to yell at your employees.

Took forever to be greeted just for them to say they only have what’s shown available and that it would take an hour to get more food up … at the same time they had nothing cooking on the grill… place looked disgusting and dirty.. had 3 employees in the back doing who knows what .. stay away from this location
