I’ve eaten here a lot, but today I brought home some empty tacos. I’m not happy about it. They would often run out of crunch taco shells, and have been very nice about it. I’ve been offered free tacos to make up for it, but never accepted. Today, these empty tacos have me upset. I don’t think I’ll be back again. They are too expensive for what you get, but I’ve enjoyed the food and had been treated well. This is unacceptable, though. They felt light when I pulled them out of the bag, and they barely had any toppings.

Ordered on the mobile app, checked the bag to make sure everything was there since it has been an issue in the past. When I get home and open the containers my bowl had small portions, one side was missing in my gf’s bowl and the quesadilla was “well done”. I’m not even going to bother contacting anyone since Chipotle directs all complaints to a call center. I don’t want a free meal a month from now, I want what I ordered – the way i ordered it, today.

I recently tried the new Chipotle that opened up nearby, and I have to say I was quite disappointed.
My wife and I ordered two burrito bowls, and to our surprise, they were only half-filled, especially when compared to the portions we’re used to at the Chipotles in Lafayette and West Lafayette.
Despite its convenient location, being less than a minute away, the underwhelming portions have left us with no desire to return. Sadly, I tried to call this location to work it out with the manager, but no one picked up.
Side Note: I’m not the type of person to complain about portion sizes! Usually, I never eat a full portion at any of the restaurants I visit… but this particular location was underwhelming.
I’m also not the only person to call this out… there are other reviews saying the same thing. Hopefully, the owner sees this and corrects it.

Atmosphere was fine besides being in the middle of cleaning because the floors and counters were unclean. Came in at 7:30pm to eat dinner with my family only to be told that we would have to wait 25 minutes for rice. I asked to make sure that was what I was told as the employee stared blankly at me. It’s a common occurrence that food seems to not be prepped timely and that communication between the team is spotty. Maybe some training as a team is required.

Normally whenever I go to any other Chipotle location, they barely fill up my bowl. But when I picked up my order from this location and got home, I was honestly surprised to see my bowl packed. I will definitely be coming back to this location!

It’s generally ok for slop bowl location. Food serving size is about normal instead of tiny like every others. But the pricing is at least 16% higher than regional pricing of Lafayette for all menu items. Win some lose some I guess.

I got the steak bowl and it had four pieces of batter gristle I don’t know which it was but it was terrible they even mentioned to the lady the portion size was smaller than normal and they just looked at me like I don’t have a right to speak my mind I won’t be going back to this location I’ll go to the other locations
