A little surprised how dirty it was. All tables were dirty, the floor and the counter were dirty. The food pans were empty. We told them we have never been there before. The bowls were expensive! Charging extra for avocado and cheese is ridiculous. We paid $30.00 for 2 bowls. They weren’t bad but wouldn’t go back to pay that much money.

We’ve tried ordering from them a few times but the food is poorly prepared and/or missing items. I would definitely recommend avoiding their tortilla chips. Those are always bad every time. I’d like to rate them higher seeing as how it’s just Chipotle and our expectations were pretty low to begin with, but they didn’t even manage to meet those. Keep trying, guys. Hopefully you’ll get it together eventually.

Consistently the worst chipotle I have ever been to. Food is meh. Usually cold or out of things. For the cost, I feel constantly ripped off with the portions at this location. I stopped ordering guac all together. It is always dirty. Trash is always full. Given this location way too many tries because of work in the area, but will never go back.

I’ve given this Chipotle too many chances and I’m disappointed every single time. Last night my husband and I went and the staff just don’t want to be there and don’t care about their job. First, the lady was not listening and put something on my bowl that I said I wanted on the side. She didn’t even apologize and said “want me to take it off” in the most monotoned voice. Second, she put soooo much sour cream on my husbands bowl and he couldn’t even finish his bowl because he was grossed out. The meat was burnt. The portions sizes are stingy. The place is dirty all the time. Will be driving to Goshen or Mishawaka for Chipotle.

Wow. I normally think Chipotle is terrific, but was not impressed here. You would have thought we were in the middle of COVID they were out of so many things. They were out of veggies, some meats on the main line, guacamole, and fresh drinks. They didn’t have cheese when we arrived, but got some. They gave me about 5 pieces of meat at first, so I asked for more. The meat and rice were completely cold in my bowl. The steak was very dry. There seems to be plenty of people there, but tables were dirty. We were going to eat in, but it was too dirty to stay.

I appreciate that they hire the mentally incompetent. Although when you give my fiancee a bowl instead of a quesadilla! Does your store need me to send you a picture to be able to tell the difference? I can, although you should know the difference running a Mexican restaurant. Also did not get any queso that she ordered with the severely under cooked chips either. So keep up the good work hiring the mentally incapable at your store. You just lost some more customers in the process though.

I tried to call but could not speak to anyone on the phone before I came to reviews… the cashier sneezed, picked her nose, then said ew.. wiped whatever was in her nose on her apron and tried to continue to touch my food. Everything was dirty. The tables the counter the floors. No ice in drinking fountain I don’t normally complain but this is a new restaurant and it’s this bad already!

I came here 2 weeks ago,over an hour and a half before closing. They were out of some meats, most of toppings including cheese. Of course they didn’t tell me that until my bowl was made. Also when I said that they were still open close to 2 hours, the girl looked at me stupid as can be and shrugged her shoulders and said ” I dunno what to tell you.”
