The meat (carnitas), beans, and rice were all cold. This was delivered 5 minutes after being picked up. The order was wrong (I ordered green salsa, a normal portion of cheese and lettuce). My order wasn’t complicated, (no light, or extra anything). And they won’t answer the phone!
I’m not eating this. The meat doesn’t look like the carnitas I’ve always gotten. It’s slimy
Ended up calling corporate. They just wanted to send me a Buy One, Get one 50% off coupon. Wow. I had to demand they refund my money. Still not sure if they will “approve” it. I don’t think I’ll ever eat at a chipotle again.

In one word: terrible. Website states they are open till 11 pm, but when we arrived at 9:30 pm, we were barely greeted, and asked if we had an online order. Then we had to wait for someone to serve us. Food was terrible. And we asked for salsa with our chips but got pico instead. No other patrons were there, and all the tables were sprayed down, ready to be wiped. We did dine in, but the atmosphere was one which made us feel like they are closing and we’re an inconvenience. They were all cleaning the kitchen, but not sure for who, as customers are not made to feel welcome. This should be a drive through facility only. I did use the restroom and old dry urine was on the toilet seat. We couldn’t wait to get out of there. The glass doors were noticeably dirty when we left. We didn’t finish our food and we will not return. We will go to LaPorte Ave instead even if it’s out of our way.

There were only 3 workers and I have two orders for pickup .. there was a little bit crowd inside but the crew really handled it well .. great job and great portion size !

I waited in the pick up drive thru line for two hours! To find out the order I ordered is completely wrong and not even cooked! Definitely will not come here. The people who run this place should be ashamed of themselves. Also for future reference for anyone they do not answer their phone!!! Good thing I called customer service support I got a refund issue. Do not recommend to anyone the wait and the food is not worth it. Especially for uncooked food.

We came in at 4:00 on Veterans day. You guys were not prepared. 50% of the foods bins were close to empty. I had a free quacomole on my app the girl scanned and then said its not showing up. No it wasn’t expired. The manager was on tge phone and didn’t come over to the register until we were walking out. First time at this location and just a bad experience.

Ordered from the Calumet location on accident and that will not happen again!! Carnitas looks like it’s been in the warmer all day, to hard and dried out to eat it. If you want chipotle go to the one on Laporte Ave

The food here is really good, I also get filled bowls with fresh ingredients. However, everyone working here is always in a bad mood. I’ve gone here about 10 times since opening and no one has ever been nice, it’s mostly older men working here. But, it is way cleaner than the Chipotle on the other side of town.

This place just opened. Who are the owners? If I was them, I would cease operation immediately, fire everyone, and start from scratch. Maybe get someone from Chipotle corporate to come in and train managers and staff. Current staff are more worried about scrolling on their phones than helping customers or cleaning the place. It’s really unfortunate.

Was turned away for service for asking for a quesadilla, an item i have ordered hundreds of times. The store was dead at the time. Thunderstruck i asked what they meant and they informed me i would need to drive home and place the order in advanced because its to time consuming.
