Avoid this Chipolte at all costs! From the moment we walked in the door, we were disgusted. Food all over the tables, garbage piled high and all over the floor. They were out of many items and had no fork or lids. The prep area where the food was prepared looked like it hadn’t been cleaned all day. Top it off with a staff member on her phone while checking us out and messing around behind the counter with another staff member. There was only one male working and he appeared to be the only one doing any work.

I will never go to Chipotle after the experience I had tonight. I did it online DoorDash order and there was literally like two tablespoons of rice in the bowl was half full. That’s not even the worst of it, the rice that was in the bowl was literally hard to the point it was not edible. I couldn’t even eat the two sides I got for my chips – guacamole and queso because they were literally not even made right and disgusting and dry.
I did call corporate and they just said that they were going to let the store manager know. Like what? Obviously the store manager is the problem allowing this trash.

I brought my son and his friends here for a post-basketball tournament snack, and boy were they hungry!! The amenities were spectacular (free napkins too!!), and the service was great. The only gripe I have with this experience was the fact that my pockets were left empty!! I ended up having to pull from my retirement to feed my hungry boys, and they left wanting more!

Your standard Chipotle but with little to no cleaning done. That said, I was pleasantly surprised when a staff member headed to the restroom, noticed me behind her, and stopped to offer that I go first. She absolutely did not have to do that, and it was a genuinely kind gesture, especially as I had kids with me.

Placed an online pick up order to be ready at 12:30 when I arrived it was still not on the pick up shelf when I said something to the cashier she ignored me when I could see 6 other pick up orders sitting on the counter she continued to be rude and ask over and over again the name for my order without giving me the chance to say the name on my order she was extremely rude and I’m pretty sure the point of doing a pick up order is for them to put it on the shelf to grab and go not keep on the back counter. Upon getting our food home everything was ice cold my burrito bowl had maybe 6 pieces of chicken on it and my queso that you have to pay extra for was half way full. Absolutely horrible customer service can’t even speak to anyone when you try and call. And in my opinion a waste of 20 dollars for some cold rice.

My order was completely wrong and old/stale. The soft tortillas are hard as rocks. My kids meal was supposed to be steak, beans and rice with chips and juice. I received no chips or juice, and instead of steak/beans it was Chicken and fajita veggies. Very unhappy. My tacos also had cheese on them when they weren’t supposed to. Which I could look past but the person who ordered it has a dairy allergy so $20 wasted.

Chipotle has went down hill the last couple years. It used to be our favorite fast food restaurant when it was fresh food and had a clean restaurant. Chipotle chips were stale the queso tasted like overcooked mashed potatoes. The restaurant was stinky and very dirty. Not only were the tables gross but the windows and floor looked like it hasn’t been touched in a while. We were out of town and we are done trying to give chipotle another chance to do better.

Disgustingly dirty. Avoid this Chipolte at all costs! Food all over the tables and on the floor. Used napkins on a table. Garbage piled high. The self serve area where the napkins and hot sauce are was a mess. Waited a long time to order. They were out of two burrito add ons that I wanted. And had no forks! Very unfriendly young ladies that seemed to be totally bored. Plus the prices are way too high! Will never return.
