If i could leave no stars I would. I ordered a chicken burrito for me and my kids and cut it in half as I was esting i felt something crunch so i thought it could be the chicken but had a nasty taste so i opended and found a leaf. I called and the manger Melissa was very rude and told me it was not an outside leaf as I told her it was and told her I would send a picture she rushed me off the phone and had a horrbile attiude she didnot even seemed to care. She kept saying its no way possible and i told her i know what I am looking at. I will never come here again and will make sure to call corporate. She kept saying it is what we cook our rice in and i told her it is not a cookie lead it is an outside. attempt to tell her about how rude she was and asked her last name and only thing she said was have a good day and gave me a number to go get my refund. Very rude! it is not even about money its about a outside leaf in my food.

I ordered 4 rice bowls. The rice was hard and crunchy. I went there when they had first opened up and the food still wasn’t fresh! I don’t know what is going on at the Crown Point location but the cooks in the back need to be re-trained!!! The food was horrible crunchy rice, hard chicken pieces, and I spent almost eighty dollars with double meat! Save yourself time and go somewhere else!!!

Wife ordered a salad and they waited till the end of the line to inform us they are out of dressing. In its place they offered free tabasco sauce!! Really? We passed on the tabasco and ordered a bag of chips and salsa as well. Asked for mild and got a small plastic cup of diced tomatoes. When I asked for salsa not a cup of tomatoes the girl rudely said that is salsa. Wish I took a picture of the tomatoes.

The food was all cold. Every table was dirty. The food packaging was awful. It was way to expensive. You can go to a Mexican restaurant that serves warm food with way better packaging for a lot less, including tip. The people who worked there were very nice. I will never go there again and I will advise anyone wanting to go there to go somewhere else. I wish I was very rich so that I can open a business to pull those poor employees out of there. Blahhhh

this chipotle is more miss than hit I’ve have too many negative experiences to even try and visit this location again. Especially with this location, this seems the be a reoccurring theme. perhaps this is an issue with management and something cooperate needs to be aware of since a number of the reviews here including my own have noted an issue in portion sizes. Both these bowls are the suppose to be the same size and are charged at the same price. look at the difference. I brought this up to two of the workers, I was told “I can add more for more $” and “those are are our normal portion sizes”. I asked to substitute the rice for more beans and this is what I’m given. I guess I have to go out of my way to have a pleasant experience with chipotle now, or probably shouldn’t go at all

Crown Point Chipotle would actually have to put in some effort to even be considered subpar. I always order for pickup, most of the time having someone else pick up for me, so I have no firsthand experience of the in-store experience. They seem to “forget” to bag parts of the order every time, be it condiments or sides, so I chose to not order chips this time, after failing to recieve them twice before. I paid $10 for a bowl with regular portion sizes, aside from the veggies (light), and cheese (extra). This is what I got. I shouldn’t be able to count the pieces of romaine lettuce atop the less than regular portion of cheese. The fajita veggies were damn near invisible. I pulled an onion and a square of a green pepper. I’ve been giving Crown Point a chance lately to avoid mall traffic, but I’ll stick with Merrillville from now on when I get a craving.
