Trying to get a response is frustrating, slow, and painful, like pulling a nail out of a 2×4. There’s no sense of urgency or accountability. Found in my mother’s food, who’s a senior twice and mine once.
Save yourself the hassle and your health, I strongly recommend avoiding this location.
This location is a must avoid if you care about getting the food you actually paid for, prepared correctly, or in the portions Chipotle is known for.
Ordering pickup?
Prepare to open your bag and find half your order missing chips, guac, drinks, even main items. It’s a gamble every time.
Ordering in person?
Be ready to beg for normal portions. Somehow a full-priced bowl turns into six sad pieces of chicken tossed in like they’re doing you a favor.
Today was the breaking point. After yet another ruined order, I drove to the restaurant to get it fixed. When I explained what was missing, the employee who bagged it flat-out told me, “You’re wrong, I gave you everything.”
Why would I waste my time driving back to the store for items I already had? I was literally there trying to help them correct a problem that has been happening for months.
It’s obvious this location either doesn’t care, or is simply too lazy to prepare enough food or properly bag orders. Either way, customers shouldn’t be punished for their lack of effort.
If you want a Chipotle that actually gives you what you ordered and in normal portions go to the IUPUI location and skip this disaster entirely
and another team member went to get another one for us because it was filled so low, and Tyler had an attitude and basically said she didn’t care and we got what we got. Literally no reason to be that nasty and rude. Wish she didnt make one of our orders because it ended up soupy anyway.
