5 stars all of the way! I’ve eaten here in numerous times and it’s always fresh/ delicious. Today I put a online order in only to find out I put it in at wrong store for pickup. Josh and Gabby were on it. They made my food quick and sent me on my way with smiles. So nice and helpful! Great customer service. If you want a friendly establishment and fresh food then go to Lebanon Indiana Chipotle

God awful experience. 3 trips with 3 major disappointments. Non existent meat portions and poor attitudes from employees. I keep trying because it’s across the street from my work but done after today. Final straw in at 3pm looking at the food quality pretty much every meat is gone. What’s left has clearly been there for some time. Ask the employee about it and if they have fresh food coming tells me it’s on the line. Proceed with my order and as i get to the meat and tell him steak he looks right in my eyes and portions from the crumbs we had just discussed. I said toss the bowl and left.

This location serves the smallest portions ever. i love love love chiptole and im a truck driver so i’ve been to chiptoles all over & this location could definitely do better. Food was still good though. Faces were made when I asked for a little more rice.

This was the 1st time I have ever been in a Chipotle Restaurant and the LAST TIME! The food was so dry and not a good taste, the Restaurant was Dirty, A Hyped up place, just terrible would not recommend at all

Love Chipotle, but the Moes in town is actually consitant. Go there instead.
I continue to go and give chances.. out of the 5 times I have gone. My $11-$12 burrito was correctly folded and actually had meat….once. I believe that time the manager made the burrito.. atleast appeared to be the manager.
It is very apparent that not all staff are trained and food is not consistently made. You can even order a more expensive meat and get 4-5 pieces in the entire burrito..
Ate dine in and almost refused my burrito since it had little to no meat, all rice- not folded/wrapped .. was crunched and falling apart.. I was nice and accepted it and took it home to try and make edible.
I have consistently recieved rice burritos when I order chicken.. it is generally always hard to find the meat in these burritos.
It is sad to know that these reviews are not be responded to by the company. Shows lack of care to their customers and their experiences.
It saddens my heart that this Chipotle isn’t worth my continued efforts as it would be nice for it to stick around.
