Asked repeatedly if meat was hot and fresh employee insisted to the point it was weird sure enough everything was cold from the rice to the steak to the fajitas. Never again coming to this location.
EDITED: They offered to remake my food with the sane old cold ingredients when I declined they offered a refund….I have been double charged and the call center wont refund my meal I MIGHT get a refund on my double charge though….im not sure ill ever go to any Chipotle again after this.

Waited 35 minutes in the drive thru line for my order to still not be ready when I got to the window. Upon waiting longer for my food I drove it home. Got my girlfriend’s quesadilla out and it was a solid piece of meat. She ordered the barbacoa and it was inedible. Not toasted. Not to mention the chips taste like they’re a week old, and chipotle support was awful to just get a proper refund. The employees should be sick for thinking it was acceptable to send that food out.

I eat here several times a week I’ve been a regular at this location since they opened and have had many issues but today was the last chance for me. Four employees and im the only person in line and im left waiting at the counter for five minutes then after they make my food no one rings me up and im left waiting again. Its the closest place to my job so i kept giving it a chance but now i tell my co workers not to waste there time here

I ordered a chicken burrito with a side of guacamole. The burrito is ok but I’m very disappointed in the guacamole. It’s very bland and not mashed very well. I had huge chunks of avocado. Something is missing because everything lacks flavor.

Picked up an online order, and that part went smoothly enough. When I got home and lifted the bag to set on my table, the bottom of the bag gave out and my burritos were flung on the floor. At least the burritos were safe in their wrappers right?! No, because the employees didn’t bother wrapping the burritos completely. The juices from the burritos soaked the bag, and my burrito was completely ruined.

This chipotle is literally the worst. I order online and my orders are always wrong. Today was fun because I ordered sofritos(plant based) and they gave me chicken. It’s crazy how fast this place went down hill. When it opened it was great. Went in and the lady asked what I would like, then walked away texting on her phone. Pulled out the bowl and foil top and just left. Absolute weirdo behavior. The young girl with the glasses skimps on the meat heavily. Give the big white guy a raise that cooks the meat because he was the only one that has customer service skills and he wasn’t even front and center. This location should be embarrassed.

This is the best chipotle ive ever been to. The lady that served me, SERVED me okay!! Did not short me on anything, her scoops were full and she was so nice to me! Even convinced me to try the vinegarette, then GAVE me one to sample. 100/10, I think her name was deanna and if so PLS give her a raise and a kiss on the lips for me.

Download the Chipotle app put in an order pull up through the drive-through. Give them my name The employees can’t find it. I see that there’s a lady standing saying her food was not right so Took The bag they were going to hand to me, took the food out and handed it to the lady then proceeded to give me the ladies food thinking they Just switched orders is what I’m thinking happened. I get home. The order is completely wrong. The order on the lid was right, but the food was wrong. I contacted corporate through the app. I drive back up there. The manager or older lady on duty. Proceeds to get Rude saying I did not need to contact corporate through the chat line I should’ve just drove up here and wanted to argue about giving me a remade order that was correct. I even explained to her what happened and The bag they gave me was all crinkled up, not sealed. The lid was correct the food inside was not correct. I will never go back to this location again if I could give it a -10.

manager working tonight was horribly rude. I was charged for double meat when I did not order NOR receive it and when I went back in she was nasty and said “she wrote double chicken on it” “if she writes it i have to charge it” I understand the girl making it probably made a mistake but I was being nice and theres no reason to treat me like that? no sorry or anything. skimpy portions and NO chips
