Title: Extremely Disappointed – Worst Experience Ever
Review:
I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Chipotle today. I went in to order a bowl, expecting the usual generous portions that I’ve come to enjoy. However, what I received was far from satisfactory. The bowl was barely filled, not even reaching half the usual amount despite selecting 9 different items. It felt like I was being cheated out of my money.
To make matters worse, the customer service was abysmal. The lady serving the food was completely indifferent to my concerns. She didn’t seem to care at all about what I was saying or about providing decent service. The management also seemed uninterested in addressing customer complaints or ensuring a good dining experience.
Overall, this was the worst visit to Chipotle I’ve ever had. The portion size was unacceptable, and the customer service was terrible. I won’t be returning to this location and would advise others to steer clear as well. Save your money and go somewhere that values its customers.

I recently visited Chipotle and was very impressed. The sanitation was excellent, and everything was very clean. The atmosphere was pleasantly quiet, making for a comfortable dining experience. The management clearly takes their role seriously, ensuring a high level of service and quality. Overall, a great experience!

I personally didn’t eat at Chipotle, my son and his friend wanted to eat there. the location on Linden Ave seemed to have faster service than other locations and the restaurant looked clean. The prices there are more than I’m willing to pay for food that’s not my taste but my son enjoyed it.

My least favorite Chipotle to go to around me(I mostly don’t have a choice). They must have a motto of less is more. Every time I ask for extra I definitely don’t get that. Always disappointed and yet not surprised, when I pick the bag up and it feels like there’s nothing in it. Don’t have this problem at other chipotle’s.

Food is always hot and fresh, sitting/dining area is always super clean. The real star of the show are the employees, they are always super nice and friendly even when it’s SUPER busy. Would recommend them and recommend tipping! (Also whoever runs this place needs to get something that gives customers the opportunity to tip with card)

My bowl was about 1/4 of the way filled. Not everything I requested was put into my bowl. It was also filled mostly with half-way shredded cheese and bad lettuce. Barely any rice. I have mobile ordered here so many times because of how convenient it is, but this is honestly ridiculous. I’m gambling every time I order here on whether it’ll be good or not. Please, do better for the sake of people that actually pay to eat here at least once a week.

Update: Another visit and another poor experience. Same lady from the first time…9 months ago. Poor portion sizes (see picture). Made the mistake of coming back. Avoid at all costs, especially during lunch. Extra chicken portion is the same as standard chicken portion at other locations. Staff on the serving line are too concerned about running out during rush more than actual service.

The girl behind the counter is in such a rush she cuts you off before you are able to respond. The tiny scoops of rice and toppings barely fill the bowl…even with a double order of meat. This has happened 3 times in a row during lunch and I will not be returning or be taking any visiting guest to this location. I feel like they are trying to portion things out due to the lunch rush instead giving proper servings.
My business is going elsewhere.

I ordered 2 chipotle bowls from food delivery app , white rice,black beans, Chicken,corn,green and hot red sauce,sour cream,cheese,and lettuce.but when I got the bowl I cannot see any sour cream in it except that red sauce,it’s the second time happening to me like this.and if you guys ordered from online you can’t get any assistance or help from the chipotle service.too much disappointed 2nd time compared to the 1 St time.

IMO Worst Chipotle in area in terms of shorting you on portions. Ask for “double chicken” and you get a scoop and a half. Its like they’re not charging you for the second scoop.
