Chipotle is always a win! Fresh ingredients, generous portions, and everything made right in front of you just how you like it. The chicken Al Pastor is flavorful, the rice and beans are perfectly seasoned, and the guac is always worth it. The line moves fast, the staff is friendly, and the restaurant is clean. Consistent, delicious, and satisfying every time. Highly recommend!

This location pacifically is always out of or short something leaving you to wait or go without, and the white rice is mixed with cooked and non cooked rice and is served and it’s not appealing to eat. We all know every chipotle is stingy with portion size nothing new there. The service was fast, which is great to be in and out, but when placing more than one older & having the employee try to do multiple meals at once honestly doesn’t give the customer time to choose what they want without feeling rushed & without feeling like your order will get messed up by mistaking something from another item you’re ordering. I say focus on one order at a time before trying to jump on both or keep it moving by working left to right down the line. The flow of things will go smoother for everyone.

No real complaints, food was pretty good. Got a new worker who couldn’t quite wrap the burritos well, but she called in an assist who handled it just fine, so I’m happy with that. Only real downside is that every Chipotle’s ambience just kinda sucks, but I got carry-out so it’s not a huge deal.

Ordered a burrito and a salad. Ordered online for pickup. Burrito was missing two ingredients and salad was very skimpy. Would recommend that you walk in and order to ensure order is correct and to (hopefully) get a good portion size. Follow-up: I was directed to the Chipotle website to provide information on my experience. It took multiple attempts as I would enter the information and when I got to the “submit” button I would get an error saying to try again. Finally I logged into my Chipotle account and entered the information via the chatbot. In return for getting a burrito missing two ingredients and a very small salad I was given a free drink. Not what I’d call great customer service.

2 bowls had barely anything in them. One burrito was half the size of the other. Last time we were missing an item. They do not pick up the phone when you call.

The portion size here is laughable, even when paying for extra chicken (I think there was a whopping four pieces!). I complained to corporate and got a free entree, then cashed it in to even get an even smaller amount. This store is a joke, I’ll drive 3x as far to Hot Head Burritos Milford from now on.
