Thank You to this location!! I left the Middletown location and took my chances with this one and I’m glad I did!! Exceptional Customer Service, Great Food, and most importantly unlike the Middletown Chipotle it had a very clean environment and trash cans not overflowing!! Thank you for keeping up name of Chipotle because several of them across the United States have ultimately declined!!

This was so incredibly bad. Wanted 50 minutes in line for our food. Husband went inside to see if we could get it quicker… Nope, drive through was faster but took 50 mins. My order was supposed to be picked up at 610, at 7 we left, asked for a refund as we no longer wanted it and the girl said she didn’t know how because it was her 4th day. So we ended up taking it home. The chips were either super stale or over cooked, food was wrong and the burrito was…. Shorter than usual? Mostly I just wished they’d have refunded us. Not worth the nearly hour wait and staff didn’t seem to care.

This place can’t get a pick-up order to go to save their life. I dont know how difficult it is to put the entire order in the bag but I guess you need a masters degree to achieve this task. Sour cream, black beans, corn…not that hard.

The day we ate here, there were only 2 people behind the counter. The line of customers was long and barely moving. A 3rd worker was filling the special drink dispensers rather than cleaning the many dirty tables or refilling the menu items that were running low. Therefore, we had the clean our own table and got the nasty bottom of the black beans (which were mostly crushed) and barbacoa (which had large fatty pieces). That same 3rd employee tended to the trash and then served my food without first washing his hands.

Honestly one of the worst “fast food” experiences I’ve ever had, and that includes every single McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.

Walked in a little before 10, closing is 11pm per Google and the giant sign on their door, workers were all sitting down eating and all of the food was pulled. When I asked “are you guys closing?” I was told they were just “prepping” for close – mind you I was NOT the only customer in there. I counted 4 in the short time it took to slop together my “burrito”.

Ah yes…the food, as I was hastily asked what I wanted as if I were more of an annoyance than a paying customer, interrupted before having the chance to answer each time, each topping was slapped on that poor burrito as if that tortilla was her worst enemy and she wanted to make sure every part of the process hurt, to the extent of making it to the meat and initially putting more juice than anything into the thing, all with an “oops” to add insult to injury. After the rice and the meat, I was asked “are you going to want anything else in this?” As if it’s a normal thing for most customers to just skip the other half of burrito contents all together. I remained polite and said “yes please: can I get corn, sour cream, and cheese?” Which further annoyed the burrito beater, and caused a brief, awkward absence with the checkout girl rushing me over to pay as not to see what’s happening. It ended up a meat flavored rice, sour cream, and cheese burrito more than anything. (Two photos show two stages)

After she came back, and punched a triple dose of cheese on there, she folded and beat on repeat to make it shut (the counter was disgracefully dirty btw) and TOSSED the battered, blemished, and bruised burrito down the line….at which time the checkout girl to the only napkin that WOULD HAVE been in my bag and cleaned the outside of the wrapper up just so she could put it in the bag. She was a bit condescending at this point as she saw me taking pictures during her coworkers absence, but at least she tried to be nice.

To put it bluntly, you’re obviously open until 11 for a reason, and customer service should be as well. You’re handling people’s food and they’re paying you for it. I suggest the burrito artist take her aggression out elsewhere or find another line of work, because this was ridiculous.

this was my second time there this past week and it was again not a great experience. The workers are just kind of rude they need some training on customer service on how to talk to customers and be polite, behind them where they make your food is also disgusting and messy and I’m not sure why somebody wouldn’t wipe it down and just leave it visibly dirty like that I feel like this place should definitely be randomly inspected because ew. doesnt seem ok unless that’s just what the world has come to now but I can definitely tell this chipotle is going downhill

Ryan was great! He went out of his way to make sure my order was correct and I got everything I wanted. His attention to detail and great personality is what this location needs.

I ordered an online order for dinner and my pickup was 7:50. i got in line at 7:40 and did not receive my food until 8:55. This is without a doubt the worse fast food place i have ever been to. this has happened multiple times and theres never any transparency or explanation. we just sit there for over an hour waiting and all we get is “sorry for the wait”. i attempted to contact customer support but they are probably worse than this location’s management. i will post pictures of trying to contact them. our food was cold and barely had anything in the bowl and missing ingredients. terrible prices, terrible management, and terrible food. do not recommend ever going.
