I had a great experience at this chipotle. The employees were fast and nice. The food tasted great. We ate outside on the patio but the whole restaurant was clean. I say this because we had stopped at the location on the west side of Hamilton and they were out of alpastor chicken, cheese and lettuce. Also the restaurant was dirty, food all over the floors. This location of Erie was so nice and clean. I’ll be coming here again.

I called Chipotle to inquire about a food item before I made the trip to another location. The person who took my call was very pleasant. Upon my arrival, I asked for a burrito bowl. The man asked if I wanted the bowl lined with something, I didn’t know what he was talking about. He didn’t see the need to explain. I got brown rice, black beans, corn, light cheese, no lettuce, no tomatoes and guacamole and sour cream in separate containers. The food was great, and fresh. I always request extra food like chicken, so I don’t feel slighted or complain about the servings. They charge extra.

I had honestly given up on Chipotle completely Until This new branch opened up near me And I thought I Would give them one last chance? And I am sure glad I did I eat at this Chipotle regularly it is always consistent Bowls are full and always accurate food is prepared well Overall I’m very impressed with this locations food, staff and cleanliness it’s always on par I cannot say that about any other Chipotle I have been into recently A+ please keep up the good work!

Went to Chipotle for steak bowl and carnita bowl. The drive thru had all the toppings one could want but the front was out of lettuce, black beans, peco, guacamole. The front couldn’t borrow from drive thru. I’m assuming because of cross contamination. However they did find lettuce in the back and I finally received my food and left. My bowl was still good but..could have been better .

I went in one evening, got the veggie bowl to go, the pinto beans where dry and crusty and way too thick. There where hardly any fajitas I got bottom of the barrel. She did go to the other line to get fresh beans but the main line was gross and dirty and not deserving of 5 stars.

Food was hot and delicious! Best one to get delivery from. My daughter loved her kids meal. Don’t love all the extra fees and raised prices for delivery, but I use my rewards and promo when I get it delivered, so it works out.
