Saw terrible reviews. “Can’t be worse than chipotle in union center.” Thought I. Took my chances. Great experience. Employees chipper. Probably 5 or 6 employees get’n it done. Was very relived and satisfied. Burrito was so stacked it could stand on its own.

Was excited to try this location as its much closer to home and man do I wish I looked at reviews before going. They were completely out of white rice at 6:30 pm and the regular steak was put and needed to be cut. Considering how many employees were in there i would of expected them to full fully stocked considering it was dinner time. Was also excited for a fountain coke and it was also all out as well as other pops. Don’t waste your money here and either got to the monroe location or Franklin.

Might as well hit the highway, go north 2 exits and go to the Franklin Chipotle. The food and service isn’t even comparable.
Asked for double steak at the Middletown location. They made an extra effort to give me attitude for even asking, THEN went out of their way to charge me for QUADRUPLE steak. $34 bowl. WHAT?!?! Told them forget about it.
Got in my car and drove to the Franklin location out of curiosity. They were so generous I didn’t even have to ask for extra steak. $13 bowl!! Not only were they generous on protein I got free tortillas and chips because it was the end of the night. My bowl was overflowing. And the flavor was off the charts. The employees kindness was like night and day. The Middletown Chipotle is run by the most unemployable people and they are lucky to have a job the way they act and treat customers. A man just needed extra protein not a mild financial loss.

My mom drives by this Chipotle on her way from work. I was hesitant to order based on the poor reviews… and they do seem to be out of stuff at times. But wow, the food from this location is the best-tasting Chipotle. We don’t love drive-up usually because some locations skimp. This location always has adequate portions, and they can roll a burrito! We eat at 3 locations in the lower Dayton area and one in Lebanon, but this location is the best of all. Another note, I can only eat the carnitas, and somehow, this location has the best carnitas. I don’t know if the meat is just really fresh, but it never has that “pork” flavor. Whatever you all are doing, keep it up!

Very small portions on my burritos that I ordered. New employee would rather put less corn, sour cream and cheese on my 3 burritos that I ordered just to get new containers. I’m getting sick and tiered of Chipotle making everyone pay full price then giving us what we pay for. The dining room was a mess. Have they ever heard or ever trained how to use a mop? Very disappointed with the serving that I received on my order. Go somewhere else.

We came for lunch while working in the area.
Hey we’re really busy but got people brought the line fast. The portions were good on everything but the meat. So that was nice.
They kept the place stocked and clean, especially for how busy it was during lunch.

THE TOWNE BLVE LOCATION FAILED THE ASSIGNMENT MISERABLY!!! I do not recommend this locaation and I am rethinking ever giving any location my hard earned coin again. Purchased a group order for the company on 01/21/2026, went inside to pick up, four bowls had missing labels. So I guess they wanted us to open each bowl to determine whose food belonged to who. When I brought it to their attention, attitude was given to remake the food, and that food was still incorrect once I reached the plant. No apologies were given, no acknowledgement, just incorrect mediocre food with attitude. And to think, we tipped on carryout. If this wasn’t a group order, I would have left that food and got a refund. This placed needs to shut down and retrain EVERYONE!!! This location will never get our business again as a company or my business as an individual.

I placed online order (steak salad) said it would be ready at 7:10. I pulled up to the window at 7:09. They were out of steak and told me it would be 5 mins. Finally left at 7:25. Opened up my bag, no vinaigrette dressing. I asked the lady for some and she said let me see if we have any. She brings me back this cup with hardly anything in it, but I drove off anyway as she seemed frustrated with me? When I got home and opened my food, I had no cheese and had to add some from my refrigerator . It looks like I also got the remnant of the heel of the romaine lettuce, and their salads are usually served with different lettuce . This location continues to disappoint us. I’d rather eat at hot head .

It’s very unfortunate… I love chipotle but this location is just beyond HORRIBLE!!! I’ve never seen such a unorganized group of people. I’ve been late returning from lunch multiple times from putting in my online order just to pull up and wait 20-25 for a singular burrito!!??? Make it make sense!!! This location needs a management and employee OVERHAUL!!
