My fiancé and I came in at 10 pm they’re open till 11pm the staff had all the chairs up on the tables and made us feel as if we weren’t welcome to eat inside and it’s mid February and we have a three month old we watched two people ask if they were able to eat inside to be told “uh, yeah sure.” And watched them walk right back out. Great food but terrible customer service and I can see the last 20-30 mins cleaning up but to keep the chairs up the whole las hour so no one can sit down is ridiculous!

Skinny on the meat, skinny tacos. Nobody wants that. Ingredients were savory otherwise. Can’t miss on the meat though. Just inexcusable for tacos. The meat should be the feature.

I ordered through the mobile app. I haven’t had Chipotle for a very long time, and since this was local I decided to try it. Probably won’t order again from Chipotle for a long time, because I was disappointed again… I got a very small mediocre bowl as the result of my order. They didn’t understand apparently what “extra rice” and “extra beans” meant, because I barely got any of either, especially barely any beans. And then I got a total of SEVENish vegetable slices for the fajita veggies, I’m surprised I found any. My bowl looked utterly pathetic and definitely not worth the nearly $9. You might have better luck ordering in person inside, I definitely saw people eating inside with much better looking bowls than mine was.

Other than a grown man walking in front of the customer having a cup stuck to his mouth messing around were food is. That turned me off. My fiance ate here I have never been a Chipotle person. He loved the food, the man who made his food he did a great job at portioning, and service.

After not being able to hear the young lady behind the counter, my husband explained he was half deaf, and we’ve never been there before to know what we could order. Didn’t seem to make a difference, even when I reiterated something similar. The nice lady at the cashier though offered her help if we needed anything else – good thing, she redeemed the location.

We went after a college soccer game. The restaurant was busy, but there was plenty of staff to keep the line moving. Food was good and we had a great time catching up with our niece.

Never consistent. Always out of fajita veggies. Most of the employees are nice. Got a kids quesadilla and it was a ball, and the cheese wasn’t even melted. The “side” of rice he got was about 2 tablespoons. When I asked for a new quesadilla I got attitude, I didnt want to hold up the line behind me so I just took it.

This restaurant was very busy but the service line moved well. However, the trash cans were overflowing and the tables were frequently dirty. We had to clean off our own table and chairs before we could sit down.

WARNING! Don’t order online: Forgot many items and ingredients in many of my orders. I’m only making this review after numerous errors. Otherwise I would chalk it up to being a mistake. The quality of bowl making has become so incorrect it had to be deliberate.
Always check each bowl before leaving the store. It’s embarrassing but it’s also inspired me to start making my own homemade chipotle.

Fast and delivered quickly. My complaint is to corporate. On what planet can the average person afford over $24 for lunch? Chipotle actually charges a “online convenience” fee for online orders?? Really!? They have less people working, I as the customer do all the work entering my own order and they have the nerve to charge me extra…wow! These corporations forget how they earn their money. I will not be spending my money here again. Total rip off!
