WARNING! Don’t order online: Forgot many items and ingredients in many of my orders. I’m only making this review after numerous errors. Otherwise I would chalk it up to being a mistake. The quality of bowl making has become so incorrect it had to be deliberate.

The first time I went into Chipotle I didn’t know what to do, so I told the guy I was a newbie & he walked me thru every topping until I had the most beautiful burrito ever! It turned out to be the best tasting too! I have since been back multiple times & am never afraid to ask what a new topping is, they r always happy to answer!

Redheaded employee completely disrespectful. Asked for more beans, proceeds to dump a whole scoop of bean juice into my bowl unapologetically, poor customer service and took 5+ minutes to take to the food line upon seeing 5+ customers patiently standing in line. I apologized to the cashier because you could clearly see he was tired of his co-workers attitude. Please advise

I am on a rod trip and stopped at this chipotle somewhere along the way. Immediately as my friend and I walked in, I commented on how nice and clean it was in there. The workers were also very kind and looked like they were enjoying themselves. The portion sizes were perfect too. I really had a good experience

I placed a pick up order for myself and 4 family members. I ordered 3 bowls and 2 kids meals along with 5 drinks. When I got there one of the workers was complaining “omg look what just popped up on the screen”, “omg look at that”, “omg do you see that order”. The total was $50 for everything, I’m not sure why she kept going on about my order. I did tell her “hey that’s my order”, and asked her to just make our 1 bowl after everyone else since the 1 bowl contained dairy, and 3 of us have milk allergies. She agreed and made the bowl with cheese then went and bagged up the chips with the gloves that touched milk. I did ask her to change gloves and get different chips that hadn’t touched milk. Which she did. I also watched her stack up used food containers then unstuck them and use a dirty one to pilot lettuce in. Just not the cleanest in terms of food handling and cross contamination. Chips were stale AF.

Was passing through and stopped. Was overcharged 4.65 for extra meat. They wouldn’t refund over the phone even though I offered to send a picture of my receipt, which is ridiculous. Didn’t offer any other viable solution other than “Call Chipotle” which, I thought I was speaking with chipotle or, come back to the store but again, I don’t live in the area.

This Chipotle was not particularly clean. Tables had not been wiped down in a while. Drink area was not well maintained. Outdoor trash containers were overflowing. Nice location that is significantly marred by a somewhat unsanitary ambiance.

*Update Jun 5th 2023* good news there open till 11. Bad..bad..bad news, no food in stock at 7:30pm. I was ordering another bowl and ask if there was anymore black beans. He took the 9 to 11 beans that were left in the container and tossed it in my bowl and chuckled. Then I was asked what I toppings I want. I asked for shredded cheese, and till little shock, there was no more cheese. I did lose my cool saying “geezus christ your open till 11 and you’re out on almost everything.” One person responded saying, we stop cooking at a certain time. In my mind I’m thinking, do they cook shredded cheese??? This owner at this place can’t run this business, and quality control will be contacted. This is a joke now.
