I absolutely love Bojangles food, but the service is usually questionable at best. I’ve been going to this Bojangles for almost two decades and yesterday was the first time I got everything in my order. Usually they leave something out or get something wrong. They also have one of those AI ordering bots at the drive thru which asks you 4 different questions about extras it recommends before you actually get to order. The bot is usually decent enough, just slow and sometimes it mishears you. Overall, mediocre service but I love the food so I keep coming back. Just check your receipt and your bag once you get it to make sure you have everything and you should be fine.

Only reason I’m giving this two stars is because I love the food. This location seriously needs work on their customer service. Today and several other days in the past my order has been wrong, and today the person at the window actually brushed it off when I brought it up to them and told me that “that’s not what it came through as”. I felt like I was being talked down to because I was younger than them. I will not be returning to this location.

Ordered and 8 piece family meal ahead to avoid a long wait. Arrive at 9:17pm and the diner is closed. Wait 35 minutes in the drive thru, AI asks for my order. Notify I already ordered just here for pickup. they don’t have chicken!! First I hear about it is at the window. Insane work.
No money back since it was an online order. Gave me 3 chicken sandwiches instead. You’re better off. Just pretending this Bojangles doesn’t exist. I know I’m never coming back.

The new bo bites are really good! They’re nice and tender and have good flavor. The dirty rice is good and the staff was nice. Wasn’t crazy about the sweet potato pie but it wasn’t terrible. The new sauce for the bo bites isn’t the best either, just stick with the bo sauce! Lol

Just got out with my first experience eating Bojangles chicken.
Got the 8 piece family meal. Someone told me it is on special at $19.99.
When I ordered the meal, I asked if this is the meal on special at 19.99 and was told Yes by the young lady. After paying, I realize I was charged at full price, not at the 19.99 price. I then asked and was told the special is from 5PM. It was 4:50PM… I was not happy. I asked for a refund and would wait 10 minutes to get the special… Young lady seemed almost scared and asked me to wait a minute.
The manager came to see me and explained it was basically not possible to refund because of some inside calculations which I did not understood. He finally made me an offer that I accepted.
All that to say that they at least did what they could to make it right. Good learning for the young lady at the register.
Concerning the meal, well… mac&chesse was well too cooked. Chicken was not frech out of the frier but still juicy. Fries allright.
Will I return to Bojangles: probably never.

Excellent place to eat fried chicken. The fried chicken is excellent. It is crispy, tasty, and very juicy. The spices in the fried chicken is excellent. The freshness of the chicken is excellent as well. I also tried chicken sandwich, and it is excellent as well.
The place is cleaner than any other Bojangles. Larry, one of the staff, is excellent. The service is excellent, the staff is very friendly and helpful.

I have been coming to this location for 25 years! At times it’s been up and down but for the last few months it has been dynamite.

Been coming here for years and its only gotten worse. Today was the last time for us.
No boxes for the family meal. No bottles for the lemonade. No gravy for the mashed potatoes. No egg or cheese on the biscuit (was paid for). And the chicken was burnt, all of it tasted like chared smoke. Either that or the fryer grease is so old that everything is picking up that flavor.
Also don’t bother ordering ahead. They never make it till you come to pick it up. So you have to wait anyways.
No one insides takes charge. Have written to Bojangles many times with no response on previous issues.
Do yourself a favor and forget this location exists.

I ordered a family meal on the app but their doors were locked so I had to go to the drive-through anyways I waited a couple minutes in the drive-through and told him that I had ordered on the app and then they gave me my meal. When I got home to eat it I was absolutely shocked at how good everything was! The chicken was amazing! The sides were delicious. I will be back to this Bojangles many times in my life! Oh and the staff was extremely nice, very polite and so thankful for my business.

A bit outdated inside but the Christmas decorations were adorable. bathroom floor was super slippery. However, food was fine and the cashier was very nice. He even came out to ask if everything tasted okay, which he didn’t have to do because this is fast food joint but nevertheless appreciated.
