So disappointing. I ordered a chicken burito. The rice wasn’t totally cooked. The guacamole had too much onion. The chicken was dry from setting out too long. The young man was very polite otherwise I would have given you 1 star. The price was high for what I got.

Not the quality level you expect from a chipotle. Maybe understaffed, maybe a training issue? Either way, for prep area dad s complete mess, food was not prepared very well and tables were not cleaned.

I need to preface this review by saying that none of this is the individual workers’ fault, but clearly management’s fault.
It was by far the slowest chipotle I’ve ever been to. There was a long line at lunch and they were making everyone’s order 1 at a time. This wasn’t due to lack of staff, as there were about 3 people making the orders for the pick-up line. Had they evened that out, and had two (or even 3) people working the in-person line, it would have been a better experience for those in store. There was only 3 people ahead of us and it took about 20-25 minutes to get our food.

Haven’t eaten here in a long time because of the bad experiences. Food is always cold even if they make it right in front of you. Got a mobile order over the weekend and they didn’t put barely any lettuce on it and forgot the black beans. Wanted to try the new chicken and it was dry in the sauce was drizzled on it instead of coated in it like the picture. Complained through their mobile app and all I got back was thanks for your feedback. Thought I would try it again tonight and they didn’t put chicken in our bowl at all. Call the store in the manager just kept saying okay and told me to call the 1-800 Chipotle to get a refund. Will probably have to fight with an automated service to get refunded or just get a thanks for your feedback again.

I really love chipotle in general but this location is really bad /: The staff aren’t very friendly.. they’re almost always out of something. And the portions are so small.. I always have to pay for extra chicken because they put barely any. I paid about $15 for a burrito last night. The rice was crunchy like it was old. And they were of course out of corn salsa. Way overpriced for what you get at this location. It’s even worse if you do mobile orders.

The new philadelphia location is abysmal. Dining room is always disgusting. Tables filthy. Trash overflowing. No napkins or straws available. Serving sizes have become skimpy and at times whole ingredients are missing such as rice or hot sauce. Staple items for the chain. Only thing they do consistently is raise the price.

I’m genuinely disappointed, I really love chipotle and this location is always a go to, but it’s always a constant let down. My bowl portions are disappointing and there employees have almost no rhythm although they have been there for a while. There were no forks stocked so I couldn’t even eat… it appears that they are understaffed and need to learn how to be more efficient, employees were just standing there while one was struggling trying to do everything. I hate to be negative but this location needs to do better.

Every-time i order from this place, its get WORSE AND WORSE! This bowl was $17.80, they forgot my queso, there isn’t extra corn, ONLY 4 PIECES OF CHICKEN, just small portions in general! Not only was my food experience crap, the service was crap too. The lady working the online order table was keeping all the order she made on the stand above her rather than putting them out on the “carry out shelf”. Due to that, i had to wait an extra 10 mins on my food. Unacceptable, do better.
