Absolutely love the new Chipotle near my house! The location is very clean, modern, and well-kept. So I decided to stop in and try the protein cup. It’s supposed to come with 4 oz of chicken and 36 g of protein. Honestly, I just wanted to see if Chipotle was shorting the portions.
I ordered two bowls, took them home, and put them on the scale. Credit where it’s due …instead of 8 oz total, I got 9 oz of chicken.
It might sound petty, but I like getting exactly what I pay for. If it had been under 8 oz, I would’ve left a review. Since it was over, here’s that review instead.

My wife and I live very close and wanted to try this location. We had seen the reviews early on that weren’t great. We usually go to Chipotle once or twice a week at other Medina locations and decided to see for ourselves. We were both glad we did! We went in to get our orders to go. Staff was friendly and welcoming. We both had bowls that were filled with what we ordered, more so than what we experienced at the other locations and like they should be – filled up! Anyway, we were both very pleasantly surprised and had an overall great experience. We’ll be going back!

I never read reviews but felt like I had to on this one. I work in Medina and stopped for lunch here. I was instantly greeted and for the first time ever at any chipotle when I asked for extra white rice I got tons of it. The portion size I got of meat and topping was 50% bigger than I’m used to at other chipotle’s. The staff was super friendly. I highly recommend this location!

Crazy when a 3 dollar Taco Bell value menu burrito is bigger than a burrito that’s supposed to be . 2X chicken and barbacoa , rice , beans , tomato, corn , fajita , and cheese. Was hoping this would be better than others in area …clearly probably not .

It’s chipotle, we all love chipotle, and if you don’t you are weird.
This store has great potential, staff was friendly and efficient. The food quality was extremely off on 2-25-26 at around 6pm which is dinner time for most. Which I assume is typically a rush time.
The rice was extremely salty, the chips were very stale and soft, and had a taste of so much lime. The steak had so many hard chewy pieces and lacked the juicy quality it is suppose to have. Overall the entire bowl was very salty and hard to eat. I suggest a little bit more training for your cooks.
